Dear sir/mam, My account no. Is [protected]. Today dated 27.06.15 I had visited the bank for deposit money in my account. At 12.45 pm. Due to lining and not facility of cash deposit machine I was last in that and clerk had denied to take money as it was 1.10 pm. I had seen the person who came at 1.15 had money in lacs or crores have an entry and deposit facility. GREAT!!! I as customer of BOB, treated as poor people and given answers by PO "CHAPAD CHAPAD MAT KARO" when I had asked for branch transfer form or process, due to over 1 pm.
