Haryana Transport Department — Abandoning the passengers in middle of route

Sir, on 02/09/22 i was traveling from jind to bahadurgarh in haryana roadways (jind depot bus 3857).i bought a ticket from the counter of jind busstand (130rs) to bahadurgarh but when we reached rohtak busstand the conductor said that we will not go to bahadurgarh with such less no.of passengers.so he tried to shift us to another bus but the other bus conductor denied said it is his daily habit to leave the passengers in middle. quarrel broke out between them and wasted about half an hour of passengers. I reached late at my work even after timely boarding the bus.
Sir, we trust roadways for its fast service but these incident broke it.
Moreover if the bus was not going to bahadurgarh then why the conductor make the ticket for bahadurgarh. These incident waste precious time and money of passengers. It was not first time it happens again and again with different passengers. Please look into the matter and take appropriate action.
