Haryana Transport Department — delay in registration of vehicle

Address:SDM office Beri, Jhajjar, Haryana, 124103

I had submitted my documents for registration of my new motorcycle to rto office beri on 15 jul 2019. They told me that after 1-2 days i will get an sms on the number provided, followed by rc. Till date i haven't received no. For my vehicle through sms, rc is not in sight. No satisfactory reply after multiple visits. As i'm in defence my leave is over and i can't visit there. Please intervene.
