Haryana Transport Department — Did not get my ticket in email and sms

I booked a ticket from Chandigarh to igi airport on 28/03 for 04/04. My money got deducted from my account but I did not receive any confirmation on email and sms
It has been more than 24 hours and there is no number for complaints and customer service.
