Haryana Transport Department — Document not accepted for Fitness certificate through Driver

Address:184, Sector 5, Part 6, Gurugram, Haryana.

In RTO office mini secretariat Gurugram 5th floor, clerk did not accepted Document for Fitness certificate throgh Driver, He ask only vehicle owner can submitt documents. My employee? please help us as to get fitness certificate is very tough job. Please advise Today 23 jul 2021 vehicle got inspected for fitness can we submitt documents on Monday 26 Jul 2021?
