Haryana Transport Department — Due to non updation of proper details in Vahan Website unable to renew PUC Certificate

I am the owner of Vehicle Maruti Swift having Registration number HR12X4851.
Vehicle was transferred from RTO Rohtak to RTO Jhajjar.
Now I want to renew my PUC Certificate but system is showing the message "VEHICLE DETAILS FOUND MORE THAN 1 CASE"

Already visited Jhajjar Secteraite on 15.06.2021 & 17.06.2021 but unable to find any solution.
