There is no provision for high security number plate online. There is a huge crowd on the centers due to which it takes 3-4 hours to apply for HSRP. Websites are available but not working. https://haryanatransport.gov.in/en/content/hsrp https://hsrphr.com Websites for Punjab, Delhi, UP are working fine then why not haryana.
