Subject: Complaint against Haryana Roadways bus driver/conductor for not stopping the bus properly, resulting in an accident and injury.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I respectfully wish to submit a complaint regarding an incident that occurred on 03 February 2026 while I was travelling in a Haryana Roadways bus bearing registration number HR47GV4771, operating on the Rewari to Kosli route bu Mr Dinesh Kumar. The bus departed around 2:30 PM.
When the bus reached Rorahi Mor (designated bus stand) at approximately 3:00–3:10 PM, the driver/conductor did not stop the bus properly at the stand. Passengers were asked to get down while the bus was not fully halted. Due to this negligence, I lost my balance and fell down, resulting in serious injuries.
I suffered significant physical injuries and mental distress due to this careless act. This incident clearly reflects gross negligence on the part of the bus driver/conductor and a serious disregard for passenger safety.
I kindly request you to:
Conduct a proper inquiry into the matter and take appropriate disciplinary action against the concerned driver/conductor.
Issue strict instructions to prevent such incidents in the future.
Inform me about the action taken on this complaint.
I hope the department will take this matter seriously in the interest of passenger safety.
