Haryana Transport Department — Money Deducted Ticket Not Received

I tried booking a Volvo ticket for Chandigarh to Delhi from official website but money got deducted and there is no booking or PNR or Eticket I have received. Pls process my refund at the earliest. Attached screenshot for reference.
