Haryana Transport Department — Non stoppage of Bus at proper stand at ITI chowk Karnal

I travelled on 12.11.25 in state transport Haryana Chandigarh depot bus No HR68GV3511 From Zirakpur to Karnal at 10.53 AM. The bus stopped at Derabasi stand for 5 minutes and at Parakeet Pipli stand nearabout 45 minutes but conducter and Driver refused me to stop at ITI Karnal which is designated bus stop on the pretext that the bus is already late and they stopped bus at flyover at Karnal. I am senior citizen of 67 yrs and requested to stop at ITI but no attention is given to me. Pl instruct the concerned for their negligence in services to commuters travelling in Haryana Roadways
