Haryana Transport Department — not printed my signature on my renewal driving licence

Month of january 2018, i got my renewal driving licence. All particular are correct, but my signature was not printed on driving licence. Month of febuary, i came to canada country. Here i applied for driving licence, they asked me to show my previous indian driving licence. They found a mistake in driving licence, that my signature was not printed on that. They refused to accept my driving licence and asked to produced with my signature. A mistake of licencing department make a big hurdle in making new driving licence in canada country.

I have booked online 1 ticket from hisar to chandigar of date 05.03.2018 for the time of 4.40am. and got the seat no 33 . but at the time of traveling the same seat also allotted to another person by hrtc . and I not got the seat. hrtc charge the two passenger for one seat.so please refund my money for seat no 33.
