Haryana Transport Department — problem of bus pass reissue

Dear sir,
I am a bus pass holder of your hr transport so 26 of august i visited your panipat bus stand for the renewal of my bus pass no. 3201258. And for the same i make the upi payment as they said to submit it online. The transaction got successful on 26 august at 11.07 am with the upi reference no.[protected] payment of rs.1535 made to [protected]@sbi but the panipat bus staff officers had refused to renew my pass by saying that they didnt recieve any payment in their portal.
So sir please review it and provide me the solution

Updated by chauhanrahul this is because the payment reciept is not generated in their portal but the payment was done
so please sir help me

Pollution certificate is being issued without any checking and the employee misbehaved and did not provide any Bill of 120 rupees for 3 month certificate of pollution. He also refused to provide complaint register
