Haryana Transport Department — RC card not received

I have purchased Honda Activa HR26EX4963 on 2nd October 2022 from Malwa Motor Sector 10A Gurgaon phone no [protected] but still not received the RC card. Very irresponsible approach from both RTO Gurgaon Haryana Transport and Honda dealer. It’s more than 4months and there is no justification from anybody regarding the despatch and handover RC. Is that way Administrative department treat the civilian tax payer for their well being.Very shameful act. FYNAP
