Haryana Transport Department — refund of a transaction held on 13/02/2018

Dear sir,
I had booked a volvo seat no 9 on 13/02/2018 for a volvo from delhi to chandigarh which runs at 11.15 pm.
The transaction was accepted by the bank but there was no confirmation from your end.
Then i had to book another seat i. E. Seat no 21.

Please refund the amount of r's. 600 to my bank account.
