Haryana Transport Department — Regarding bullying behaviour and corruption by haryana roadways employees

Haryana Roadways fleet is also operating in the Punjab Area, so in the morning hours, they are targeting most people with their misconducts as not stopping buses at designated stops, overcharging, and also transferring old, used tickets to new commuters .

Not only this there but state buses are often chosen to stop at very remote hotels/Dhabas in Punjab, where there is no sense of stopping there, almost all the restaurants are filthy, below standard and unhygienic. (Some Dhaba owner claims they pay hefty amounts to State transport agents to select their third-class restaurants "CHACHA PUNJABI DHABA, RAJPURA ) . happened when I was travelling on 10 OCT 2025 on the STH ( PANIPAT DEPOT)

The conductor first bargained and transported Passengers from a private bus from Punjab (NEW PATIALA TRANSPORT SERVICE ) heading towards Haryana, whose ticket money had already been collected by the private bus driver; no need to say, he just paid some negotiable amount to this conductor and transferred the passengers (I have been able to get pics from two passengers). Then the bus was stopped at a very bad-smelling dhaba just getting out of Rajpura; all passengers objected, but the driver and conductor did not listen to any of them (the bus started from Sirhind at 10/10/2025 08:43 and reached Ambala City 10:43, 2 hours for a 45 km run).

Some people were saying the driver and conductor were smelling as if they might have drunk there.

And there is something more, all the contact numbers, including GM, provided on the site of Panipat roadways website are not operational ( from all given landline no, nothing is operational, it seems like an organised scam.
