Haryana Transport Department — Regarding complaint of haryana roadways Sonipat depot

This morning when I travelled in Haryana Roadways, the conductor did not give me a ticket even after taking money.
When I protested, the conductor argued with me and I was dropped 2 km away from the designated Shahpura bus stand.
I also contacted Haryana Transport's complaint number[protected] but it was found to be switched off.
Many times in Haryana Roadways, tickets are not given even after taking money and on protest, people behave rudely.
When I call the helpline number, it is either switched off or there is no hearing.
