I have applied for duplicate driving licence on dated 10.08.2019.

Which is not received yet. I am very disappointed to your services.

As per your coustmer care executive conversation my dl is ready for dispatch from 14.08.2019. But rto didn't dispatched, many times i visited in rohtak rto office but office executive same replied will dispatch in next week, and today i am finally raised a complaint from this online portal.

Kindly take it seriously and do needful.
