Dear sir,

I have made a echallan payment of rs.18063.63 through sbi epay gateway, the amount has been debited from my account however the challan has not been generated, refund not credited.
Date of incident:16-Feb-2018
Amount of 18063.63
Transaction ref no:74678448048000002020031

Normally if transaction fails the amount is refunded back within 7 working days /24 hrs, however its more than 4 months still its pending,
So i request to provide my found returned.
