Sir,
I booked a ticket from gurgaon to chandigarh online.The ticket
details are as follows: from Gurgaon - Chandigarh PNR:FEB166048 TripID
[protected] dt.20-Feb-2016 06:00 AM Seat No. 20 Fare Rs.645/-
But due to strikes in haryana bus service is affected and when i reach
the bus gurgaon bus stand the conductor said, no bus will go to
chandigarh. Its not our fault and why we charged, however there is
strike in haryana. I request you to refund the Rs 645 because its not
