Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] Complaints & Reviews

I registered for an auction which was to be held on 19th April and paid the EMD amount of 830000 rupees on 18th April 2022. The Auction for the particular property got cancelled without any prior notice and on calling the support number I got the response that I will be getting the refund within 3 working days.
3 working days from 19th is 22nd and today is 18th May 2012 i.e. a complete month and I still am waiting for the refund of my money in spite of calling daily and they've told me that they've raised an SR for this too.
Nobody from hsvp team replied. Rohit kohli is a point of contact who never replied on this issue.
I checked with bank Helpdesk numbers and they’ve mailed back saying the payment is not initiated feom hsvp and they’re checking the status of the refund which might take another 1 - 82 days.

I am loosing on a large amount of interest on the huge amount of money for me.

I request you to please help me on this issue on priority now because I need to invest this money somewhere and I cannot afford to have them locked here for no reason.

I had submitted a refund application, for house number 2327P sector 9, at HUDA faridabad which was approved on 6th May 2022 but the refund amount is not being disbursed. I have contacted huda faridabad physically and over phone many times but they are not responding properly and not providing any information.

My CM window complaint no CMOFF/N/2015/21371 dt 16.2.2015 which has been disposed of again today at 5th times with out any action taken on the ground. HSVP action memo no 514 dt 6.3.2017 supposed to be implemented after neighbour lost court case no 1280/17 but never implemented. Pata nahi Koi honest officer hamari madad karega ya nahi.

Our sewerage line block .so I was complaint to waterbox sec9 on April 25 or 26. Two people came for repair . They resolved the issue and take charge rs 200 for it. But yesterday it blocked again . We put complain again in that register of waterbox . They came today and demand for repairing 1000. Because they say ramp have to be broken. It's govt duty to clear the sewerage . Please. Look into the. Matter .and resolve the issue.

Dear Sir/Mam,

Kindly find the attached images of Sector 24 Faridabad location, complete road is filled with sewage water and overflowing open gutters. All gutters are leaking unhealthy water and conditions of this Industrial Area are very very unhygienic.
We request you to get this sewer pipe line fixed as soon as possible else this area can become the source of another many water borne diseases. We have already raised multiple requests but the situation is not yet improved Huda Complaint ID 2660482
Moreover this is one of the most prime industrial areas of Faridabad left out in these conditions. We have overseas visitors for business and this gives a very very bad impression.

Abhi kuch samay pahle sector 2 ki sadak ka karya chalu hua tha jise kareeb 34 km ki sadak banani thi but kuch sadak ko hi banaya gaya and karya ekdum se band ho gaya. Tub humko bataya gaya tha ki NGT ki guidelines ki vajah se band hua h bad m karaya jayega, parents abhi tk baki sadak per koi karya ni hua h .koi bata bhi ni raha h ki aage kary hoga ya ni.

Initially there were only one jhuggi and now there are 5 jhuggies .These people are not removing their jhuggies after being called so many times to them verbally. Main water supply pipe leakage, so please do the needful to stop wastage of water.

I live in house no 853, sec.9/11, hisar.there is a new construction of house no 855, my complaint is that they are doing unnecessary water wastage of about[protected] litre of water daily and they have done illegal water supply connection because of that we don't get water supply in our pipes and not only this they break the seal of gutter and make illegal toilet on that, please take the necessary actions against them

My hno.644 sec. 9-11, hisar, haryana. In my area water supply is very low from some days. There is no. Fix time to supply water. Please give water supply properly on a fix time. Please let me know the time about water supply.
