Street lights in entire Sector 5 Mansa Devi complex hardly works and roads and footpaths are not cleaned. Lots of grass growing which is leading to mosquitoes, Gardening never got done. Use to be nice and clean but now it is getting very bad.

I am resident of house no 2087 sector 6 bahadurgarh haryana.
Earlier on 30 july i made a complaint of sewer lines blockage.
Sewer line is blocked and water is coming inside the house.
Till now no action has taken place.
Kindly look after it

I am a resident of Huda sector-2, Palwal. Sewers are blocked from last 20 days in my area. It's affecting my house, road( in front of my house), and the park (near my house). Whole water is getting out from the main whole. It can cause various diseases to us and to the people visiting the park.
I have been complaining to SH. MEHER CHAND (Huda's local office JE) from last 20 days but their is no response from him.
Please look into the matter.

Regret to initiate that inspite of repeated complaints and follow up, the sewer lines are blocked and water is coming inside the Houses.

I am resident of house no 2547 huda sector 23. Due to construction materials dumped in front of my house, I am not able to comes out and in in my house. Request clear all debris from road.

Can i know how the charges has been calculated because it's a huge amount and you already know that due to covid19 our livelihood has been affected. There is water supply issue also its not 24*7, need waiver or rebate for this bill amount as early as possible

Sir, I applied for e auction for plot in sector-17 Panchkula and I am the highest bidder for 8 Marla plot. Some officers has inadvertently cancelled the auction even after auction is on very much higher side as the dearnest of officers has not got the plot. and they said you can't get this plot without us. This Bid was cancelled after allotment of plot to me and further due payment shown against my profile. As the process was completed so there was no technical glitches. Kindly help me to get the plot...

I, Vivek Verma S/o Lt. Sh. Nand Kumar Verma resident of H. No. 485, Sector-8, Panchkula – 134109 (Haryana).

I would like to bring to your kind knowledge that since past 10 days, there is a construction going on in the adjoining house, i.e., H No. 484, sector 8, Pkl, where we both share a common wall to both our houses. During the process of their construction, my house is facing severe damages like cracks in the walls, seepage of water from the same and damage to the interior paint and pop. They have been using heavy drilling machines and hammers to dismantle their house resulting in heavy vibration and jolt to my house. But instead of showing any regard towards it and help me repair my damage they are denying to even admit it and help me get it recover financially and by providing the labour they have.
Although, I never resisted despite heavy disturbance since morning to late evening in the area.

Therefore, I request your kind self to kindly look into the matter and help me get my loss recovered. Also, to have a know how to their construction activities, so that no further damage must be caused to my house in future in regard with the same.

I am a resident of sector 6 bahadurgarh haryana. The sewers are blocked in my area. Even 5 minutes rain cause sewer back problems. Whole water is coming back from sewer inside the house. Its a matter of serious health. It can cause my diseases. All sewer lines are blocked. Water is coming back inside the house. Water is dirty with feacal matter. Kindly gett the sever line cleaned...

We bring to your kind notice that Mr Surinder Bhadana & Sons has made totally illegal office in front of 56E, Pali Crusher Zone, Pali, Faridabad. He constructed a luxury office on govt place which does not belong to him and doing illegal activities of Rodi and dust there . Apart from he is doing sex racket here every day in late evening. Request concern authority to take immediate action and demolish the unauthorized office immediately.

There is a heavy blockage in my sewerage line die to which we are not able to use washroom facilities. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Dear HUDA,

It's a due request that please move your dumping site from the office complex as it is hampering us a lot. Entire garbage comes to our branch when there is a flood.
There is no proper dumping container to prevent this.

Requesting you to please remove your dumping site from the below mentioned address and move it so some other place where there is any open space free from civilians.

Atleast try to understand in Covid-19 circumstances.

We have to make social media complaint if you fail to move your dumping site which is very hazardous to public.

The neighborhood is full of sewer water. Pls get the water drained and open the clogged sewer. Near hno 1918 sector 2 bahadurgarh...

Dirty/smelly water is supplied since 4 months. Reported leakages aren't fixed since 10 months
Pls get this fixed asap

Regret to inform that Sewer line is blocked from more than a week and water is standing in toilets.

Even a small rain is increasing the water level and starts coming inside the house.

Although regularly making complaints but nothing happening.

House No.835, Sector-06, Bahadurgarh.

The owner of House no. 633P(Yejalla Vamsi Krishna) in sector 38 Gurugram, Haryana is in violation of land laws set up by MCG by constructing an illegal top floor in addition to 4 floors plus he has also fully covered the stilt parking. In addition he has constructed illegal toilets by covering his entire balconies and put the exhausts of each facing backwards instead of the standard norms of putting the exhaust of harmful fumes on the top. He has also put an ugly looking iron chimney that runs 5 floors tall and lets out harmful fumes from commercial business he is planning to run in the basement.The owner has gone ahead and done multiple illegal constructions after getting a initial completion certificate.

Given below is the summary of illegal constructions of House no. 633p, owned by :
1) Illegal 5th floor added on top of existing 4 floors.
2) Covering of entire stilt parking to a full construction.
3) Building of 4 toilets in each floor by covering the balcony.
4) Putting out sewage fumes from these 4 illegal toilets towards back instead of established norms of letting them out on top roof.
5) Building of an illegal 5 floor tall iron chimney with no secure fasteners that pulls out fumes from an illegal restaurant in basement.
6) The iron chimney exhausts out on to back.

Dear Sir, Wish to bring to your notice that concrete efforts are required to remove encroachment on Govt land at various places in Panchkula .Rich & poor are alike in getting involved in similar efforts . Poor are involved in utilizing govt space near markets for their STREET SHOPS or THELAS, the shopkeepers are not far behind ...they encroach upon Govt land by extending their shops beyond permissible limits .

The house owners are involved in encroaching upon Govt Free land around their house . Similar examples are seen by Dr Kaushal, H No 386, Sector 6 Panchkula ...who has been extending his back garden inch by inch and has now encroached upon the park road . All the complaints to authorities have fallen on deaf ears.

A concrete plan for proper KIOSKS ( Similiar looking & SPACE/ size ) are required for any street shop /vendor...whether he sells chowmin/ vegetables or mends shoes.& similarly equal size of outside lawn garden permissible by HUDA should be permitted and strict action taken against the defaulters. The DHOBI shops in every sector is based on illegal encroachment . This too should be shifted to proper KIOSKS, so as to bring in safety, good ambience & revenue generation to the govt, which can be utilized further for development of PANCHKULA.

Then only we can fulfill our dream of- "A NEW HARYANA _A BETTER HARYANA "

There is a sever sewage leakage near to our home. It is becoming very difficult to breath and walk in as dirty water is all over the place. During this monsoon season this cause a threat for serious diseases like dengue and malaria.

Request you to please do the needful ASAP.
