The electricity meter is not working properly. It is providing wrong reading and it is measuring extra units. The meter is not working properly. Kindly check the meter or please change it.

There is no water supply at my house. We have complained to the tubewell incharge but they say they have turned on motor but water is not reaching at our house.

It is bring to your kind notice that main hole of water sewerage in front of my plot no. 180, Huda, Sector-29, Part-1, Panipat-132103 (Haryana) blocked for more times, we also complaint for open the blockage, but they are not responding, the overflow sewage water going to seek us this overflow water was just standing in front of our Factory because of this we face a big problem to going outside or to come back inside, because of this dirty water there is chance of Epidemic.We request to you please resolve our problem as soon as possible

I am complaining about the block sewerage in my area. I am 79 year old and cannot go out to the municipal offices, Please help in getting the clogged sewers cleared in the lane of House no 1656 sector-8, faridabad.

I had paid bill amount Rs 1664 online through Hdfc net banking vide transaction no.eazypay ref I’d : [protected] . On 27 May 2021, Amount of Rs 1664 debited from my Hdfc bank account but is still showing as pending in hsvp site.please help.

I really need your help with this !!

i have a shop in inner market of sector 6 Panchkula. i am writing this mail to you to put some light on unauthorised encroachment of government's bye laws and safety hazards due to this.
There is a new restaurant in booth under construction by the name of Naman Pizzeria, inner market of sector 6, Panchkula.
It is very sad to tell you that the owner there is risking everyone else's life and property by opening a massive kitchen in that space which has a provision of many gas cylinders and a lot of inflammable materials which is against the bye laws recommended in the area for booths and contains a scope for hazard for everyone in that locality.
the booth is also taking public water connection in their space and converting the space illegally into a restaurant.
It would be grateful if you could please look into the matter as those people are creating a stress for us and violating the government rules and regulation for a property and misusing public water connection from a long time.

Rain water severage blocked

I have complaint about sewerage issue with Grievance ID : 2408772 and I was assured a swift action in 3 working days. But there hasn't been any progress made thus far. I am a resident of Hno 578, Sector 14 Sonipat, Haryana 131001.

Since last 3 days water supply with very low pressure at hround floor also even a bucket fill in 10 to 15 minutes instead of earlier water tank at 1st floor fill itself

Respected sir...there is a big issue in the area related to sand comes in the drinking water...it will jam our water pipes also...and small children will got diseases due to this..so please take some efforts related to this cause...thank u...

The house under construction on plot No 80, Sector 26 Panchkula has damaged the concrete blocks paving the road and also constructed a 3 ft high boundary wall and a ramp on the rear edge of the plot on the edge of the C road on the side of the plot encroaching 10 feet of the common space and pavement and the electric utility poles within this wall.

The storm drainage of the road has also been damaged and replaced by this boundary wall which is likely to cause damage to the road in monsoons. Also there is no space left for pedestrians to walk and they will be inconvenienced and forced to walk on the road causing further risk of accidents on an already narrow C road.

HUDA is requested to kindly inspect the construction site and get the encroachments removed.

Hi, the residents of house no 1348, sector 17 c guegaon are running commercial kitchen in their basement. It’s breeding rats 🐀 and there is no chimney leading to constant food smell into our house. There is noise o[censored]tensils being cleaned and staff screaming loudly from early morning to late night.

Water leakage in front of H.NO.1965 sector 21 panchkula on road. Please repair immediately to avoid wastage of water.

Sewer in front of H.N-887 sector 9A is blocked since 2-3 days and due to which all pipe lines of houses are blocked.

With due respect I would like to inform the higher authority that many dairies are being run in residential area Near Sector 17 Part 2, Jagadhri, pin 135003. The owners of these diaries are throwing the dung and animal waste in the land of HUDA which is reserved for Public building.

Sir/Madame. I Bimla khatri r/o house no 1092 sec-Bahadurgarh received a water bill of Rs 449/-for duration of 01/2/20 to30/06/20 bill no CV711422 which I promptly paid online but no meter reader came during covid pandemic and lockdown and I was told by deptt that he did not visit any house and amount will be adjusted in future as meter reading was shown 226 units while meter reading was around 150 and on 30April meter reader came and recorded reading as 191 whicch is today 198 which truly reflects our consumption of water, Again I made the payment of bill no KM4TD910050 thinking every thing will be sorted out. No Video of water meter reading of bill no CV 711422 is shown on hsvp website showing meter reading as 226. You can also check our water consumption patterns of past like bill of 11/10/2019is 49/-and 04/12/2019 is 49/-and of01/02/2020 is Rs70/- I am ready to pay any amount big you show me video proof of 226 reading. You are requested to look into matter and rectify the mistake thanking you and hopeful of early response and resolution

Sir, today I have paid HUDA water bill with Customer no 6738 under Karnal site code 151939, for Rs 649 through online from my Axis Bank Debit Card with Reference no PUR/0000000BDR0/[protected] DATED 18.5.2021.but the same is not updated on the portal & neither the Receipt is generated.
