Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] Complaints & Reviews

This is to bring to your notice that we have got 2 bookings in your project namely Mahira affordable housing (PMAY) in Sector 95, Haryana, one with the name of Mr Ankit Gupta, (allotted T-8, 1302) other under the name of Mrs Jyoti Gupta, (Allotted T-3, 604). However all this happened due to a chain of fake commitments, wrong deeds & misuse of Good faith by the broker. The broker cheated us on multiple occasions by showing wrong videos of the construction Site, fake commitments of buying back the property and misusing our faith on him.

The Broker Mr. Devendra Khurana in sync with Mr Yogesh Bankal, from Axiom Landbase, lied to us on various occasions and trapped us to put the booking. When we got to know about the fraud done with us we asked them for cancellation, they kept on changing their statements regarding the cancellation policy. Devendra khurana (Broker) had a different say on the policy and Yogesh Bankal (Axiom Landbase) had a different say, they kept on pressurizing us to keep the property with a fear of loss of cancellation charges.

However, we went to Mahira’s Office at Global Foyer, Gurgaon, in order to request to waive off the cancellation charges as this was a fraud with us. We met Mr Amit & Mr Pawan their, who had a similar opinion about the cancellation policy and charges, but as guided by them there is a possibility that the management have the power to take decisions in such cases and release the payments without any deductions.

We would like to make a humble request to please refund us our hard earned money and waive off the cancellation charges. These cancellation charges should be levied on such fraud brokers & middlemen like Devendra khurana & Yogesh bankal, who are trying to defame your company by doing such disgraceful acts.

I have full confidence that a Big & Reputed Group like yours will always help their cheated & misguided customers, to set an example in front of all the Brokers & middlemen that humanity still exists and such fraudulent activities will not be tolerated.

Water bill has been paid online using debit card of Canara bank on 17th February 2021. An amount of Rs 631 has been debited to my account. Receipt couldn't be generated due to some error. Please check and forward the receipt.

I have applied conveyance deed of plot no. 388P, Sector18, Panipat on dated 4/12/21.The planned issue date is 29/12/21.I visited HSVP office, replied your plot is haryana employees kota and your file is submitted to Rohtak office for multiverification for noc.I visited many times to office, always replied No NOC received from Rohtak Office.Tilldated my conveyance deed paper is not issue by HSVP, Panipat.Please resolve my problem

Sevrage is leaking in plot no 719 sector 33 P HISAR. Please resolve this

i am resident of sector 37 faridabad. i request u to kindly clean the HUDA MARKET of sector 37, faridabad-121003. AS we as residents has request shopkeepers to keep market clean. but they were not able to clean it, dont know for what reason.

For the last one month 500 meter stretch of Pace City 1, Sector 37, Plot No. 43, Gurugram is in a very bad condition. The NALA is overflowing on road and now we are unable to go inside our own office. Why no authorities are taking care of this road. Very bad.

There is a huge sewer leakage in sec 1-4 Hisar Haryana near h no. 1554 and 1316.

Construction of temple is going on in an unauthorised manner in the park. Earlier it was built small but now it's extending and it has covered nearly one fourth of the area, kids are stopped from playing games, they are ordered to play on the road and are also abused. Kindly take needful action as soon as possible, the construction is in progress.

Main line of industrual area phase 2 panchkula from plot no 140-152 is choked

We stay at House No.601 Sector 5, Near Sector 5 market, 122001, Gurgaon .
In our area ther are many stray dogs, which always bark at night everyday. This disrupts our sleep at night. Kindly take proper action.

I have paid the amount of bill online but at last it shows server error and the transaction is not completed. What about the amount deducted from my account? In how many days it will be refunded?

We are from Sector 46, Near Guru Nanak Park, Gurgaon .
In our area ther are so many dogs and even they bite so many people still no action had been taken ...
Now some people who have pet dogs take them to park where people use to do exercise and walk but because of these dogs no one can walk easily as they run all around people and try to get on them too...which is not at all safe for kids and any other person...
Hope in this concern u will take some action..

NAME RENU plot no. 211, sector-1, Pehowa in draw. Within two-three months, i was deposited the complete money of plot in HUDA account with online. After that i was given an application for possession of plot. But possession letter not received from HUDA. Again i was gone to HUDA office for possession, but now they told me that your plot is showing cancelled on PPM (HUDA portal). They told me that maybe wrongly entry done by any person and please give an application for correction in portal. Then i was given an application for correction in portal on date 12-feb-2020. But till now, no one tell me why HUDA portal showing cancelled my allotted plot status whether all payments have been paid on time. Why they are doing delayed because we have to need the plot for build my house.

Adjoining Plot no 3273 under construction ( corner plot) has been kept the iron rods covering the road from both sides creating problems for commuters .also most of the time trucks are being parked obstructing the road

Now I received Bill FROM 01/06/2020 TO 31/12/2020 amounting to Rs 4567.
Kindly adjust my previous payment of Rs 2598 and send fresh bill.

I had paid the water and sewerage bill on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account but in the online format its is showing that the bill payment is pending

Construction happened on the plot next to my building.
I have following issues

1. During construction builder damaged my side gallery floor and wall and not refusing to repair the same
2. due to his construction activities my house walls develop cracks on POP and tiles.
3. Electricity connection wires are connect from top of our building which is touching our iron cage posing risk of current

Sir, I have paid the water bill payment through net banking via HDFC Bank of Rs.2919 dated 22.01.2021 against a/c no. 44003030 having consumer name R.K.Sharma(Jind City), the amount has been debited into my bank a/c but no receipt has been generated by your deptt.online and showing pending bill against me. You are requested to look into the matter and generate receipt of that payment or initiate refund back to my same HDFC Bank account from which payment drawn for you.
