Respected sir/ madam
I am writing this to bring to your notice the third grade or even poorer condition of the roads of sec 15 huda, jagadhri.. The pwd department or the mc have shamelessly turned deaf ears on public grievances.
The roads of huda are nowhere near to prescribed construction standards and ptocedures.. Material used, width of roads, camber, kerbs and every parameter is simply haphazard.. It seems somebody who has no knowledge of the department is doing business.
All the roads are replete with patches and loose aggregate, dust... Waterlogging is similar to that in unplanned chawls.
Whoever is concerned with the department has to take immediate remedial actions.
Hope you will understand the urgency of our problems and take earnest action.

I am the resident of sector 6 bahadurgarh. There are 10-15 stray dogs in the area who bark incessantly every night disturbing our sleep and everybody else in the area. To add to the problem there is also a group of 40-50 monkeys who roam around in the area creating havoc wherever they go. We have been complaining about this menace for more than a year but no action has been taken by the local municipal corporation. The dogs and the monkeys are dangerous too, they follow people while they walk past them and have bitten some kids and elderly in the recent past. Both the monkeys and dogs have caused damage to innumerable cars parked in the area and they soil homes with their feaces.

This is a daily problem of all the residents around the park forcing the people and their kids to stay at home every time these animals are roaming around in the area. Please look into the matter urgently and it is a request to take these dogs & monkeys away so that residents stay live without the fear of getting bitten and sleep peacefully at night.

The park in sec 12 behind the Shiva temple is in a very bad condition, it is very dirty, the grass is very big, the benches are broken, water logging is there

I Nitin Dudeja I have booked sector 9 community centre Gurgaon by online and having booking id E[protected] for 05th feb 2017 for my Sister Marriage Upasana Dudeja and i have submitted one time security charges Rs.1000. They told me that the amount will be refunded within 10-15 days. I haven't received this amount. Find herewith attached receipt for your reference.

Sir sivrage is over flow in front of my house no 868 and plot no 865 sec 18 kaithal every time. We do so many time complaint in huda office but no body solve our problum. Sir pls solve our ptoblum.

The green belt next to H.no 44, Sec 7 UE, Gurugram has been converted into a parking/dumping ground by the concerned RWA. Illegal activities happen here such as - open drinking/smoking, breakage of the cars wind shields, PDA inside the cars, urination in public, etc. This can lead to unsafe/unhealthy surrounding for the residents. I urge the concerned authority/person to look into this matter and help rejuvenate the beauty of Gurugram. Thank you.

This is regarding illegal construction in h. No.1066, ground floor, sector 23a, faridabad - 121005. The current residents of this house have constructed one unauthorised bathroom in the front veranda, two unauthorised additional rooms in the back veranda and have also constructed a small roof in the back. The have completely covered all the area and have violated the floor plan. On confronting, they turn hostile with the neighbors.
This kind of behaviour and illegal construction will encourage other residents also to do the same. Kindly help to remove the unauthorised and illegal construction from this particular residential site.

Sir, the illegal construction for the house no. 1648 (2marla) sector 8 kurukshetra. The parking side has included to the contraction, and ignorance for huda rules dpc height is very high. Please check and take a legal action against him.

Some worker from Huda clear the sewage and dump all the waste in front of the house and its smells like hell. it's being more than 4 days no one from your side come and pick the sewage waste dump and due to rain its floats all over. In Covid-19 situation it riskier for us. It's my humble request to take some action and clear all the waste dump.

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your kind notice that completion certificate file of Plot No.1299 in the name of my wife Mrs. Raj Sharma submitted online by our Architect on 29.11.2019. In this regard I met the concerned officer several times and the file was turned down by them to deposit penalty charges against purchased FAR.

Giving hereunder few facts of the case:

1. Again on 05.12.20 (6.08 PM) the file was re submitted online by our Architect. Again I met the concerned officer and the file was turned down only because of the reason to deposit more penalty i.e Rs.87518/- whereas penalty was deposited (Rs.5, 17, 048.43/- which was already in excess even after deducting this penalty. This fact was explained by me to the concerned officer but even then file was turned down.

2. Again file was re submitted online on 15.07.2020 (04.22 PM) by our Architect for approval of Completion Certificate.
3. File again rejected due to the reason that we have not deposited extension Fee whereas the same was deposited.
4. Again File was submitted and Mr. Vijay (JE) visited the site and file was rejected that balcony is in excess of permissible limit.
The balcony from pillar is approved by HUDA and under permissible limit.
They are harrassing only to fulfil their desire and we are not in a possible to do it.
Keeping in view the above fact, I request to please look into the matter and do the needful.
THIS IS INDIAN WHERE CITIZENS ARE BEING HARASSED.
MOREOVER EXTRA AMOUNT HAS BEEN PAID IN EXCESS FOR FAR PURCHASED.

I am resident of h.no 993 sector 9 Huda Ambala city. Since last week we are facing low pressure supply and bad smelled water. Tried to call at JE office but phone not responding.
Today (17.08.20) there is no water supply since morning.
Please arrange to remove the fault immediately and provide us neat and clean water 💦.

This letter is to bring to your notice the problem of water logging in my House and locality during rainy season. Due to rainfall water has blocked sewerage pipes at many places. Water is standing on the Roads. in this Pandemic Situation of COVID -19, this has become additional threat to Health. Mosquitoes are also increasing on greater scale. They can spread harmful diseases like Malaria, Dengue and Chickengunya. Coming out of house has been difficult! Water is standing on the Roads.

Request your Immediate Action in this Regard. This is an important query. Delay can led to put health of people under threat.

The street light is missing from the electricity pole that is in front of my house. Please solve it as soon as possible

Sewer is leaking & overflowing near hno 1797 sector 4 extension rohtak because of this waste water gets collected in a particular area leading to problems like bad smell & mosquitos. Living conditions are very poor & inhumane. Please attend to this issue at the earliest and provide for the sewage services.

I am a resident of h. No. 205, sector 02, bahadurgarh. I pay my water & sewerage bills on time. Nowadays, i m facing a problem of sewerage water over flow and unbearable bad smell pervading the house. The sewerage water over flows the toilet seats n the sewerage system stands blocked.
We are just des up with this problem.
You are therefore requested to look into the matter and solve our problem.

About one month ago, new speed breaker is created. But length and height of the speed breaker is not according to the criteria. From last 1 month we have observe many accident.

Hi sir, the owners of house no.-181, is illegally doing the breaking of road and doing some construction of road without due permission of huda.

Sewage manhole in front of my house is overflow from many days & the whole atmosphere is filled with stink.
Mosquitos are breeding & sewage water is collected near the house.
Pl. Get this sewage dechoked.
