Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] Complaints & Reviews

It has been noticed that an individual owner of a house (under construction) has constructed two very high Concrete Speed Breakers on a public road connecting Navkriti Shopping Complex and CGHS Wellness centre in sector 55 of Gurugram. These speed breakers are not conforming to any standard and there are no warning sighs on the road (which is mandatory to avoid any accident and casualty) and markings on the speed breaker. Apart from above, there are two speed breakers already existing on the same road, hardly 20 M from these. From the location of these Concrete Speed Breakers, it appears that the individual has constructed these speed breakers at both ends of his house, without following any standard design/specifications and without permission from competent authority. If every house owner start constructing such speed breakers in front of their house, driving will be very difficult and may be dangerous/fatal.

The street light in front of hno 189, sector 2 bahadurgarh is not working for past 20 days. I had even complained to the ward chairman multiple times, but he paid no attention to the issue.
Please make it work as soon as possible

I made the bill payment of consumer no 1723995, division bahadurgarh on 20 March. The amount got deducted from my account, but is still showing unpaid after 2 working days on 22 March. Please look into this matter

This illegal encroachment is done by the residents of nearby Daulat Ram Colony by running a unauthorised dairy on the land of HSVP, Sector -64, Faridabad and they also made a small pond of polluted water.

I had already complaint on the HUDA consumercomplaints but no action is taken regarding my complaints.
As I received the mail from your side but action is not taken
Please take the action immediatlly

This is to inform you that infront of house No 2341 Sector 46 Gurugram a sewerage hole is overflowing.
The area is full of bed smell and mosquitoes.

I am a resident of 597/24 bank colony road near old ITI GROUND Rohtak . Sewer is blocked in front of my house and also main hole cover is not properly fitted by huda employees just 2 days back so their is chance of road accident also. Kindly clear the sewer & also correct main hole cover

11/03/2023 - Illegal Construction on Green Belt Near Gate No. 1, Sector-21, Pocket-A, Gate No. 1, Gurgaon
Green belt is for plants and trees and not for construction of sheds/offices. Request you to please help with stopping the illegal construction in greenbelt. It is also a security concern as to how that place will be utilized. Request your immediate action....

2 months delay no information about file

This is to inform you that we are facing sewerage waterflow problem Continuously from past 1 year in front of house no 2373 sector 2, Bahadurgarh Haryana urban development authority .It is causing a lot of inconvenience to us. please solve this matter as soon as possible.No one Is Looking in this Matter. Many Complaints are given But nothing has Been Resolved yet. please look at this matter. the Area Is Under Huda . All sewarages of our area are blocked and Continuously overflowing.

Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible as we are really helpless to live in such poor condition despite paying sky high fees to HSVP for constructing the house in sector. Conditions of colonies are much better than this.

Sevrage is overflow most of times near my house.

Dear I am paid today water bill site code 12916 bill no 151939 payment detuted my account two times but bill due show.payment done via hdfc bank

In sector 13, new housing board their are many houses which are on the corner of the street are occupied the land and block the fire break routes that's why the problem are occurs. due to the occupied land the road and streets size is very narrow so that the vehicles are facing problem in entering and turning and a problem is created. many fire break routes are also blocked by occuping the lands so if any accident of fire is happen then their is no way for fire brigade.

The sewerlines are overflowing from last 6 months in the area. It causes many types of insects, mosquitos and foul smell. It become very difficult for us to come out of our houses. It is very disappointing that the problem is still there inspite of repeated complaints. A place like HUDA sector is facing such types of problems where public pays taxes to the government to get these basic aminities. So please pay attention on the issue and resolve our problem.

I am aresident of sector 3 fatehabad HUDA and in my line the streets are not in good condition and there are many holes in the road and many people fall down in the road and the condition is wrost

During the process, I was asked to pay a compounding Fee of Rs.1, 05, 515/- and the receipt no. is HSVP/81161/2022. Please find the screenshot of the payment made attached.

However, even after making this payment, the portal still shows that I still have not paid the compounding Fee. Request you to please look into it and get it corrected to 0 (zero).

I am ankit nanwal resident from sector 2 faridabad haryana. I am here in sector 2 from around 7 year. We are facing water issue because of timing of water supply. The tubewell working hours is 6 am to 9 am then 6pm to 9 pm. Why these timing are there in huda sector although everyone mcf sector are getting 24hr supply from last 5 year. Why huda is not supplying 24 hr. Huda is charging more than the mcf supply water . Huda is charging 500rs per month and mcf is 200rs per month. Please provide 24 hr supply of water we are facing such a big issue.
