Rectification in water bill
Consumer no.[protected], site code: 162042 panchkula-i, in the name of shri subhash puri, house no.551, sector 21, panchkula, bill no. Pzn11802, dated 01.03.2019 (Domestic).

The house in question is locked for the last 6 months, but still i got a water bill for rs.1064 for the period from 01.01.2019 to 28.02.2019 on the basis of average consumption mentioning that the meter is dead, while actually the meter is in working condition.

Please rectify the bill.

There are lots of street dogs in my area who cause problems day and night.. Please help as they bark continuously at night and causing mental touchure. There population is getting increase day by day in my locality. Dogs enter homes whenever found gates open and make a mess in garbage.. Took clothes, shoes out on roads.. This issue is getting increased every passing day.

We have a plot allotted for many years numbered 793 sector 34 (Part) in ambala cantt in huda colony.
The possession certificate is not being issued inspite of many letters which is a one day job. The staff says that they do not have the size of the plot and its dimensions. It is aa gross negligence.
Kindly get the possession certificate issued.
My father is law was a freedom fighter just to mention.

On 1st january 2019 at 11:30am behind prakash banquet hall in rajendra park, gurgaon there was a cleaning of sewer and those workers who are cleaning this sewer they through the whole dust of sewer on road in front of my house and the whole colony was disturbed from this carelessness work done by the workers. There was not a single person who take the responsibility of this problem. It is extremely distressing to find such carelessness from the mcg. I hope you will resolve this issue as fast as possible and repair the problem of this sewer cover before any tragedy will happened by any vehicle. There is lot of dust as well as bad pollution came from this dust which was thrown by the workers in front of my house. My whole family was disturbed from this sewage problem. I hope you will take immediate action on this. Waiting for your earlier reply.

I would like to draw your kind attention that whenever the water reader, visit our residence for meter reading, he just mention that the meter is dead. Actually the meter reader does not take any reading. Even today the meter is working although the consumption is less. Hence the bill claimed is on flat rate basis.

Sand has been logged out the sewer. Water is coming out of toilets. Very bad conditions r. There. Whole sewer is blocked with sand 2 days back jcb was working on the road it was. Digging a whole on the road. And pulling out the sand and it pulled all the sand in the main whole of the sewer line the whole severage is blocked and. Water is coming out of it pls resolve the problem soon

I am devesh grover resident of 988, sector-14 sonipat.
Condition of road in front of my house is in bad condition, which is prone to accidents.
I had filed many complaints regarding this in past but no action is taken till yet.
Please direct the concern authorities to get this road repair.
Hope my comlaint will be entertained and this issue will be resolved as soon possible.

This is to attract your attention to the illegal enchroachment of huda land on the side of 12 meter road in 2 marla pocket in sector 65, faridabad.

Residents of this pocket on this road have extended the front boundary wall of their houses up to the 12 meter road. They are using it as their personal space within their premise.

The huda land on the side of 12 meter road is extended after getting completion certificate from the huda.

I request you to take immediate action to remove such illegal enchroachment so that such acts can be discouraged in future.

Huda means peaceful place but these days suspicious people playing cricket and screaming badly and disturbing other peoples near so parking area is not for playing cricket and etc these are for commercial use only and some people use these for drinking and and break the bottles on the parking area roads... So huda need to control these type of maniacs in an any condition this is necessary...

I have applied for transfer of plot (Panchkula) in death case and uploaded the documents online. But the officers in state office are rejecting it again and again by telling faulty reasons.

As it is written on site.. The document (Legal heir cerificate) signed by mc or gazetted officer can be submittef and i gave uploaded the document signed by same but they reject it.

When i asked in state officer they told..’documents dubara bnvao’ ‘sign kisi or k krvao’ etc... But why i should do the same thing again...

I donot know what they actually want.

Fake services bu huda

I am resident of h. No. 60 sector 6 panchkula. My account no. Is [protected]. My water meter is faulty. Please change it at the earliest. You have been charging exorbitant amount on the basis of flat rate. Once the bill is showing meter dead it should be duty of the department to change the meter by itself. Department should not wait for the customers to complain about the same.

Location: huda parking plot outside epicenter, sector-44, gurgaon
Date of incident: 2-feb-19

I had parked my vehicle at the mentioned location for around 1 hour. While taking the car out of the parking lot i demanded for payment receipt which was not provided nor there was any display board indicating the parking charges.
The people at the parking lot were talking rudely.

It is not mandatory to display the parking charges and provide fee receipt?

I beg to say that i m ownered of plot no. 264 sector 25 part 2 huda inds. Panipat. As my plot is on corner side so there is some space (Green belt) in which i make a park and do some planting but then there comes a man who placed there a tea stall in a little space and now he occupied more then half space in park and make a room, toilet and tea stall. And living 24 hrs permanent here.
I do complaints in huda in 2017 my complaint reference no. Was 11597 on 25/10/2017 and many of times i visited to huda office but there comes no result and this types of illegal ocuupation of free spaces are increasing day by day.
So i requested you to take some action against this i would be thankful to you.

This is with ref. To a new road made in gurgaon, from columbia asia hospital to krishna chowk, crossing palam vihar, exit/entry gate no.1. Previously, there was a speed breaker at this tri-junction, but after remaking the road, the speed breaker has been removed, now the vehicles cross this tri junction at times at a speed of 80-90 kmph. Many accidents have happened for far. Some of the lives have also gone, in last 6 months. There is a school, also at this tri-junction.

Hence, it is a humble request, to please again remake the speed breakers, to avoid anymore people meeting accidents & losing their lives.

I would like to draw your kind attention that whenever the water reader, visit our residence for meter reading, he just mention that the door is closed. We have a guard who is working 24 x 7 x 365 days. But the reader doesnot take any pain to knock the door so that he can take the reading of the water meter.
By chance today i was just to exit my premises today when they were there to take the reading, they immediately print out the receipt which is mentioned that the door is closed, i told them to take the reading, but they refused and said that our work is done and they went immediately from the site.
This is the attitude of the water reader, it means that if we oblige them then they will take the water reading of the meter.
I was never expecting this kind of attitude since bjp government is against corruption.
You are requested to look in the matter and send the water reader again for the reading.

I am the owner of scf no 13 sector 14 faridabad possetion of witch i could obtain after a great difficulty with the strong intervention of. As per order pass by hon, able court of a d j dr. Pankaj as on date[protected]. And execution order passed by hon able court of civil judge faridabad sh alok anand vide possetion certificate dt[protected],

There after i approch and has come along with proposed site plans for getting them sectioned in respect of above scf on[protected] but concern officer refused to receive the application for sactioning the site plans along with proposed site plan on the plea that no dues certificate was not enclosed

It is subbmitted that the totel cost of the said plot was rs.29, 50000/- and we have deposited rs. 4737500/- up till date.
I requiest you for sanction the site plan of sco no 13 sector 14 market
Faridabad. And also refund the excess amount with interest without any delay to me at your earliest so that the applicant may be able to proceed further to construct the same as the cost of construction and intrest on investment has already been increased considerable

I am a resident of sector 51 house no -847. The construction in plot no 222 sp sector 51 has created a problem due to illegal dug out of the basement.
Due to which the fresh water pipe has been broken and there is water clogging in the entire service line. Even the road besides the plot 222 sp has fallen inside it causing difficulty for us manover our vehicles/ cars.
The construction has led to block of nearly half the sector to function causing inconvenience to the residents of sector 51.

Request to intervene at the earliest and ensure the undermentioned measures to be rectified as soon as possible
1. Fresh water supply to house no 847
2. The road to be reconstructed
3. Water clogging in service lane to be rectified so that the school vehicles and movements inside and outside sector 51 is smoothened.
4. Blocked sewage to be solved.

My customer id is 30630, unit no. M-407 (358 ft), i have allotted one flat in our homes 3 developed by m/s arete india projects pvt. Ltd. I have made almost 38% payment also. I am suffering from kidney disease so doctor says need to go for kidney transplant. I need money so i want to cancel flat so please provide the amount as soon as possible.
I have submited document in 16 july 2018. Till date there in no payment dispatch from arete india.
