We are regularly complaining of a street light not working since last 6 months.
That area has a turn and it leads to accidents. This light is near ganga international school and is in front of 3812 p sector 9 a bahadurgarh. Please do the needful at earliest. Again and again we are having verbal discussion with the toll number of huda. This is creating nuisance in the area because of darkness

I (Archana bhargava) am owner of house no.837, sector 46, gurugram. I had received a bill of ₹ 11766/- for the period 1-10-16 to 30-11-16. The arrears stated were of ₹ 11106/-, which are quite high. Please can you clarify about the same, though the bill has been paid. The water metre was installed in february 2016. Again for the period of 1-12-16 to 28-2-17 ₹600/- was charged as arrears with charges of ₹ 219.92 as water sewage charges. Kindly look into the matter.

Street light is not working for last one month in front of my house. Owing to that risk factor of safety and security is becoming big issue for all o[censored]s. Due to raining season risk of snakes bites is also very high as most of area is open area please repair at earliest at possible.

There is a residential building house number- 2154, Sector-7 Urban estate, Karnal, Haryana.
They are making building without any bylaws. Which is intrupting the whole area. The projections are too big which is against HUDA bylaws. All buildings in sector should be constructed as per bylaws otherwise government should take strict action against them. Please take a strict action as soon as possible.

R/sir,

With reference to above noted subject, it is hereby submitted that there are a lot no o[censored]nauthorized sewerage connection in front of house no[protected] and in front of housing board colony houses. They all are using sewerage connection line which is installed to be used by huda and housing board colony residents. However, this line is used by more than 15 houses, which not come under huda. Sir, due to this line was regularly chocked and the people of non-resident not cleaned the line, even no any worker of huda is taking any responsibilities to clear the line on time and even asks for bribes. We are getting the blockage problem of sewerage line now for a week and no huda sewerage workers is coming to clear the line. If we asked not to use this huda sewerage line, they fight with us and used abuse word to us. Respected sir, we are paying monthly rent for use of sewerage connection. Therefore, you are requested to please make necessary step to disconnect their connection and make some arrangement in future they cannot used this sewerage line.
We hope you will take necessary step and do the needful & oblige.

I HAVE PURCHASED A HOUSE, NO. 255 SECTOR 55 IN FARIDABAD, FOR ITS TRANSFER TO MY WIFE NAME I APPLIED ON 13/8/2018, MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT TRANSFER APPLICATION WAS NOT GENERATED. Again on 20/8/2018 i tried for the same, money deducted again but application did not BECOME ACTIVE.

Will somebody will look into it and do the needful.

On one side people are not having a drop to drink and on other hand a house in my locality is wasting water by throwing it in street. People suffer from water logging. They are also making a breeding ground for mosquitoes. People suffer from water borne diseases. I am an responsible citizen, i bring this thing into your notice and now i hope a suitable action would be taken in a reasonable period of time.

Sir, it is regarding water bill for consumer no. 12202895 in name of rajan chaudhry (Inadvertantly mentioned in bill as rajeev chaudhry) for house no. 629, sector-5, gurgaon. I personally visited your office on 09.05.18 and met the dealing executive regarding my water bill. The executive was promt enough to redress my grivieance and accordingly i cleared my dues of rs 686/- online there only, which he too confirmed by seeing in the system. I have now received bill for june - july 18 no. 11856 dated 30.07.18, which is mentioning arrear of rs 3111/- in my total bill of rs. 4207/-. ATTORNEY, KAITHAL., HARYANA., 136020) have allotted a plot no.3118-P in Sector -17, Jagadhary vide memo no. 5702 dated[protected] of 8 marla under handicapped Quota and all the dues have been paid by me.Now I have required NOC for sell this plot .For this purpose there is mandatory to take NOC by all the Estate Officers posted in Haryana State .Respected sir for this purpose I have requested to Estate Officer, Jagadhary vide my application dated[protected] for taking NOC and my application has been sent on[protected] vide memo no.141197 to Administer, HSVP, Panchkula .But except Estate Officers, HUDA, Sonepat, Gurgrame sector-4 and Faridabad the NOC have been received as per information given by Sh.Balram ji, dealing Assistant of Estate Officer, Jagadhari. In this regard so many reminder have already sent by EO, Jagadhari to E.O.Sonepat, Faridabad and Gurgramme sector-4 but no response by Estate Officers, Sonepat, Faridabad and Gurugram sector-4. Kindly issue necessary instructions to Estate Officers, Sonepat, Faridabad and Gurgramme Sector-4 for sending NOC so that my problem will solve. Sir I am handicapped please .

Bill issued on 2-7-2018 is showing arrears of Rs.197/- where as I actually paid this amount on[protected]Rs. 179/-) which i paid from HDFC net banking, i am attaching the supporting documents of bank statement which confirm the payment i have done on[protected] to URBAN DEVELOPMENT. Please do the needful.

Respected sir/mam, I have made my house in huda to live with peace l, but my Neibhour who is building his house have damaged my house alot. I have requested him to make my house recover but he denied and not taking responsiblity. he is casual towards my house safety. continuously troubling me. our Neibhour have destroyed my floor which is completely filled with cement and walls were completely filled with cement also.please help us and make justice.

We are inform you that sector 16 roads and sevrege condition is very very poor and we are facing a lot of problems due to this, now house no 561 sector 16 karnal sevreage has block last one month and we have continues follow with concern department but there is solution for the same. Due to this we are facing proplem during rain time and also there is no proper mentioned park and road of sector 16.
So that i am requesting to kindly intervene in to the matter and resolve this issue on priority.

I am resident of h. No. 7, first floor, sector 4. Ground floor of h. No. 7 is unoccupied and therefore lot of garbage is lying on front and back open area. Trees have also been cut by neighbours and their leaves and lefttover thrown in front open area. Second floor is given on rent by owner and owner does not come or take care of his floor due to which tenants also throw waste and dirty water on ground floor through balcony. Tenants don't support us in maintaing common area occupied by us. Pls look into matter bcoz the garbage especially in monsoon season is house of dengue mosquitoes. Pls help asap.

Illegal dispose of water by side neighbours on newly constructed road.It happens from last 4 months.Side neighbours dispose all their water on the road.The road was just made by the authorities few months ago and its start broking due to water thrown by neighbours H.no 998 sector 25 . They also wash their cars on roads which has become a major issue for health and as well as the road is aslo blocked by water and lots of mud and dirt.Major action should be made against neigbours Hn.999 and H.no 998.

मैं जितेंद्र सिंह सेक्टर 18 में मकान 64 का रहने वाला हुँ। मेरे घर के चारो ओर सिवरेज का पानी भरा है । जो कि सीवरेज के लीकेज के कारण हुआ है। पानी बहुत ही गंदा है जिस से बदभु आ रही है। जिसके के कारण बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य पर प्रभाव पड़ रहा है।। बचे बड़े सब बीमार हो रहे है। इसमें तरह तरह के मच्छर कीड़े ओर जीव पैदा हो रहे है।।अतः आप से निवेदन है कि आप इस समस्या का समाधान करवाये। ओर सीवरेज को रेपेयर करवाये ।। यहां रहने से अब हुडा सेक्टर 18 सेक्टर न रहकर गांव से भी बदतर हो गया है।।

This is in with regard to the above subject I would like to mention that there is illegal construction of houses in HUDA Colony Sector 10 Panchkula in the front side of the road. It creates a lot of traffic problem and moreover despite complaining no action has been taken as such. One such example is H.NO. 1081, Sector-10 Panchkula. Photos are attached to support my complaint.

I have noticed since I came here that there is neither a single dustbin nor the garbage collection van comes to the village named Tigra in sector 57 Gurugram. People either throw the garbage with polythene packed near electricity transmitter or anywhere in any corner the want. The villagers are not aware enough about complaining to the authorities and also not aware of the damage they are doing to the nearby environment. Hence the entire scheme of supporting The Swachh Bharat Scheme looks strange.

I request you to put some 2-3 dustbins and arrange the garbage collecting van to the village.
