Dear Sir/ Madam,

My adjoining plot # 507, Sec-23, Gurgaon is lying vacant for many years, and is has become a foliage and garbage dump. The owner does not live and maintain the plot. It is causing a lot of hygiene and cleanliness issues because people urinate in the plot.

Kindly issue a warning to the plot owner to maintain cleanliness.

Site code: gurgaon ii - 121316 has been excessively high since jul 2017. It’s a 1 bedroom house and most of the time i am out. The bill amts should be based on meter reading and not on prop size. Rectify all water bills from jul 2017 to present.

I'm a shopkeeper relaxo shoes. Our complaint is that a stall of vegetables is running unauthorized in unallotted space. Owner and their staff drinks in plot at night times, talks in abusive language. When we request them to take away as it’s inconvenient for us, they come for fight and gives abusive words. Their staff do not have any manners they stare at our ladies and kids passes abusive comments. When we tells them that we will compliant to huda than they says nobody can do anything from huda office as they pays bribe for each stall to huda officers monthly basis. We can’t even walk freely outside our shop and cant left our kids alone. For our safety finally we installed cctv camera all around our shop.
1. Our request is please make garden. We are also ready to make garden to all residents and plantation of plot.
2. It’s our humble request to huda please take out this unauthorized stall from huda land.

Since a long time sewerage line from house no. 3028 to 3040, housing board, huda sector-13 is blocked. Time to time complaint made to contractor hariram but vain. Many times complaint ragistered in complaint ragister but no action.
Please arrange the sewerage block problem earliest.

Bill of rs. 440/- + rs. 4.72 as service charges was paid online thru internet banking on 16.02.2018 at 22.19 pm. But not reflecting till now. Please check to avoid future harassment. Amount has been deducted from my state bank account. Also, please provide some other route for early redressal for digital/online payment to encourage. Address 147-e, sector 22, gurugram.

We are resident of house no.1257 sector 21 gurgaon. Our complaint is that house no 1251 resident mr praveen yadav running unauthorized commercial taxi and tempo stand in unallotted plot no 1256. They parks 40 cars daily in plot no 1256 and land attached to plot which makes lots of pollution too. Their taxi comes in odd hours in speed and blows horns. Taxi stand owner and their driver’s drinks in plot 1256 at night times in cars, talks in abusive language and play music in cars loudly daily. They park their taxies even in front of our cars. When we request them to take away as it’s inconvenient for us to take out our car from our house. They come for fight and gives abusive words. Their drivers do not have any manners they stare at our ladies and kids passes abusive comments. When we tells them that we will compliant to huda than they says nobody can do anything from huda office as they pays bribe for each car to huda officers monthly basis. 1. Our request is please make auction of plot no 1256 or make garden. We are also ready to make garden to all residents and plantation of plot no 1256.
2. Please make wall or fencing between village and huda plot no 1256.
It’s our humble request to huda please take out this unauthorized commercial taxi and tempo stand and make wall between plot 1256 and village land. I mr premchand yadav resident of house no 1257 is ex defense personal. I spent all my savings for making my house 1257. So that after retirement from army i can spent my life peacefully with family as i spent my maximum life for severing our country at border.

I am the resident of h no 406 sector 7 kurukshetra.in front of my house there are 10-15 stray dogs who barks at night very loudly disturbing in sleep. This is a daily problem of all the residents around the park. Look into the matter urgently and it is a request to look and take these dogs away so that residents can sleep well at night without any problem.

I have been paying all of my bills regularly and on time but from past six months i have not paid my water and sewerage bill due to ill charging with out any notification of dead meter. The day i got to know about my meter is not working i applied for new meter same day but again they charged dead meter charges in next bill and i have already submitted my application regarding this to haryana urban development authority office to wave off the charges as i was not intimated for the dead meter.

There is continue water leakage from main water pipe line located at house no 550-551, sector-15 a, hisar. I made several time complaint in the office of water supply office at sector-15 a but despite our repeated request they have resolved the complaints. I also made several time telephonic complaint to assistt. Engineer mr. Boora over his mob. No.[protected] but he also ignored. So, you are requested to resolve the as early as possible.

I am a married senior citizen madhu singhal living in house no 362 sector 21 a, faridabad. I request you to stop urgently & immediately and get removed the ongoing illegal construction of totally illegal rooms with planned toilet and bricks concrete cement walled multipurpose rooms for sleeping and gatherings purpose etc and a huge illegal iron gate on public road lane h no 407-419 adjourning my house. All this illegal construction & encroachment is being done direct outside my sleeping room window and study room of my husband a medical doctor. With all the nonsense in name of security /beautification going on outside our house and in around these illegal rooms where people any time day & night gather gossiping laud drinking alcohol quarreling disturbing our peaceful living.in name of security these illegal encroachments are being constructed by people with vested interest like kc arya and alike without any legal standing. The iron gates built illegally on public road is an all time permanent hindrance for the public for all especially for sick old and disabled people children and every one in need of quick help of ambulances, fire services, police and all other emergency services etc. A permanent hindrance for the free movements of people. We have enough security gates all around sector 21 a. The local police with a check post in sector 21ajust next and the rwa 21 a is taking good care for us and our security. Illegal construction and encroachments are being done here illegally openly and freely against law without any permission from the mcf, huda or any government authority. On our complain the rwa president mr gajraj nagar told us that this is an total illegal activity going on here and need to be stopped immediately. We should complain urgently to the station officer chowki 21 a, faridabad and mcf commissioner & sdo - survey huda faridabad asking to stop the illegal construction and get it demolished & removed immediately.
We informed the police chowki in charge 21a immediately. Police stopped the illegal construction work going on. As advised by the police and rwa sector 21 a, president i am now following this with a written urgent complain to you to stop this illegal constructions activity now & to permanently demolish - remove build up of cemented illegal high walled roofed rest rooms and toilet in construction & huge iron gate on public road around adjourning my house no 362 sector 21 a. All this is being done for these illegal self-nominated representatives of bogusly created non legal entities or groups of couple like minded people with illegal vested interests. Residents welfare association secto21 a is taking good care for the security & welfare of all the residents of sector 21 legally. Such illegal encroachment & illegal construction activities cannot be tolerated& must be demolished.
Kindly stop this illegal construction going on immediately and get all these encroachments rooms toilet in construction including iron gate removed. Please provide me a senior citizen lady & my family safety & security here.

We have a group housing society in panipat and we have alloted a plot no 4, sector 18 panipat for construction of flat. We have constructed the flats after proper approval of drying from the deptt. Now we have file the application for occupation certificate on dated 03.10.2017 but, our file has been rejected 2 time without any intimation to us. Finally our file accepted again on dated 03.11.2017 and oc certification date was 24.11.2017. But oc not issue by the estate officer. After expiry of appx 27 days on dated 29.11.2017 again our file has been rejected without any reason and surprisingly same file accepted next day time 10.04 a. Without giving any details and documents and massage rcvd by us that plan/oc issue date is 20.12.2017. But no certificate has been issued by the estate officer huda till date i, e 10.01.2018.

This is only and only harassment case. Some person of huda has demanding huge amount from us regarding issue of completion certificate. Please help us and do the needful at your level.

Last sunday 06/jan/2018 i found my car's rear windshield broken. When checked with the parking authority about the incident, they were unaware of it. This incident had incurred a huge loss to me and i have filed an fir with sector 29 police station. I would request a response to this complaint as i would be proceeding with lawsuit in absence of it.

We have submitted complains to the hereby members of the department, but they dont use sewage cleaner machine. They use to clean sewage by stick due to which sewage starts flowing again after a few days. Please let the sewage be cleaned properly by machine, so that people, vehicle and road will not be affected by the polluted water

In huda market sector-37, the footpaths are all in very pathetic state. Moreover, cars and bikes roam at the foot path & park their vehicles there. It has become so unsafe to even walk on footpath of sec-37 market because people try to park just in front of shop at the footpath. Thus, it needs construction again and barriers so that vehicles could not move on footpath.

Ii am a resident of h. No. 87 sector 19, part -1, kaithal, haryana. My consumer number is 84. Site code - 151940. For last 6 cycles water bill is coming on average basis which is coming very high.

The meter reading guy has never come to our place for reading. Kindly provide me the exact bill on usage and refund me the amount.
Do not understand why when he has seen the bill taken reading and generates receipt in front of me

This is heights of harassment and overcharged mg with no reason

I am constrained to approach you that our difficulties being experienced on day to day basis are appreciated and redressed by your goodself.
1. The adjacent vacant land to house no 96 and house no 56 is frequently used by gurudwara management for marriages and other social functions for their benefit.
2. This plot was initially ref for development of park, for the use of children/ old persons but kept isolated later on and being used by the management of gurudwara for their own benefit which frequently cause nuisance.
3. We request you to kindly issue necessary instructions to develop it as park which has become necessity also as attendants of patients admitted in metro hospital, who wait on tea stalls/ roadside in the open could relax and attend their patients, relatives instead of road side.
4. The children of the pocket can also spend sometime in the park besides the senior citizens & old persons.
We have many times complaint to the gurudwara management for not to use the land for marriages & parties but no response is received. The sound and nuisance during late night hours has increased so much that we have to approach you directly with the hope that you would understand our difficulties and take the necessary steps to maintain the land for the park.

We hope our grievances are considered seriously and redressed.

Earlier many days back i had made a complaint regarding leakage of water from supply line in front of h. No.[protected] and collection of water in the park thereby increasing the risk of breeding of dengue and malaria mosquitoes but no action has been taken until now. You are requested to look into the matter personally and get the problem resolved at the earliest possible. I have recd. A message on phone stating that problem has been resolved but the fact is that no body even visited to look the problem. Please help solve the problem

Sir, for the past few months my water bill indicates that it is on flat rate sowing that meter is not clear. Please send some one else to check the meter, its very much clear. Your man do not have time to wipe the the glass to see the reading and refund all extra amount i have paid in previous months. My account no. Is 12209832 subdivision code is 121317 gurgaon.
