Dear HUDA,
There's illegal using of water supply in my sector where i am living (PLA Sector 15 Hisar Haryana). We all are very disappointed from them. They have installed illegal motors in their houses for fast water supply. when they switch on the motors, water goes very rapidly to their houses and we are not able to use supply water.

House no. 253, 252, 247 and others they are using motors for water supply and all the neighbors are very disappointed. kindly take an action on them as soon as possible so that all public can use supply water.

Dear Sir,
Sewerage line near plot no.163, Sector 38, Gurgaon is blocked for last few months. Complaint lodged last year. They replaced the pipeline. Again after few months complaint was lodged to the local engineer. It was again cleaned temporarily. Sir, mechanical suction machine is required for permanent solution. Residents facing inconvenience.

There is blatant misuse of water still going on despite public awareness alerts issued by HUDA with regards not to wash car and water lawns during the time specified that is 5-9 am and 5-9 pm in sector 2 panchkula, specifically around and in vicinity of Bal Niketan orphanage.kindly carry out surprise checks.
Date of incidence ever since the news came in Tribune on 8th April
Desirable resolution-Unless certain challans are carried out and the drive to conserve precious water is enforced strictly the matter will not attract public participation.

Dear Sir,

We are staying in Sushant Lok-1 block C in 1305 house number.There is no water in our residence from last 7 days.We are not getting water supply for 10 mins also. The proper water supply in morning is not even for 10 mins and there is no water supply in evening time. There is no water for minimum usage also.The private water tanker are charging high.We already bought twice from private water tanker.How we will sustain without water.Please help us to resolve the water supply.

Sivrage overflows in front of 573 sector 6p, hansi. alot of smell and mosquito are increasing day by day and making our life as hell. no one is bothered from last 15 days, kindly arrange to clean the area along with smooth functioning of sivrage outflow because it will create some diseases in coming days. I hope this issue will be taken further for immediate resolution.

I am residing in #47, sector 12a Panchkula, today a meter reader came for taking reading of our water meter. First he told us that meter is not working but we showed him previous bill which had lesser reading than the present reading he told us he will take reading again. After few minutes he handed over the bill where he gave bill based on average and reason written was DOOR LOCKED. Kindly look into the matter and help us

I Anuj sharma booked sector 3 community centre faridabad on 27th dec 2016 by online having booking id E[protected] for 12th feb kids party and on 20 th feb i submitted an application and cancelled cheque and photograph for security refund amount 5000 in HUDA OFFICE SECTOR 12 FARIDABAD and all the proof with it. they told me that the amount will be refunded in 10-15 days till yet no amount is refunded in my account . please do me a favour

Dear sir from last 1 year road in sector -4 blue bells model school back gate road is very bad in condition . Due to which there is lot of dust that is very garmful . When we travel .sector-7 roads near fashion beat is very bad in gurgaon .31 dec was last date given by honarable cm to bulit roads . But no progress is there. In terms of cleanliness sectors in gurgaon very dirty. No action is taken against garbage burning. Sir please listen to my complaint and resolve it for sake of people

I wish to inform that there is no cleaning and sweeping of roads in Sushant Lok, Phase-1, C-Block (specially around C-1935) and there is dust all over. It is very difficult to take a stroll in mornings even which is assumed to be most calmest hour of the day. Dust and litter all around causes many diseases also as the same dust gets in to the houses also. Therefore, please make arrangements for daily cleaning and sweeping of the area.

This is to inform you that street light near our home 568 sector 15 Sonipat does not work since last 1 year..Please take an action to repair it as soon as possible.People are unable to move out of their homes after its dark. Kindly get it repaired..I will be really thankful. And kindly do this as soon as possible also if possible we want a bulb on the pole so that children could play after its dark

Dear sir/madam
I have a plot no 890 p in huda sector 7 gohana haryana. I have sent an letter for inquring about balance due dated on 14/feb/2011.in response of your letter i received a letter memo no. 3915 from estate officer stating that your balance of amount rs-18720. After receiving letter, i've submitted rs-21000 through icici bank. Now, i want my balance back (Rs 2280). When i ask for land mortagage of my plot, they showed me a balance of rs-78834 and asked me to pay the balance, only after that i will get land mortagage.
Why this is so?

This sector 23 A is that sector in which you bring your vehicle and be ready for several kind of damages in your vechile. The road is full of pot holes generally people say there are many pot holes in the road. But I will say Thier is road in pot holls. I don't get it why concerned authorities are not taking action it's been more than 2 year iam living here and facing this issue from last 2 year the road is same Thier are no changes in the road. Just because of this bad roads accidents are taking place.who will be held liable for the accidents or should I say the concern d authority is playing with life of the people's.And the secondly who is going to pay for the damages in vechiles. Seriously I don't understand why they don't do their work why they don't construct the road.Hope soon action will be taken. Most effected areas are - NCU University road, Sector 23 Market road and round about near Ansal plaza and all adjoining roads

This is requesting action to be taken in DLF-1 H block for commercial activity in residential area. There are several companies now operating in houses in this lane. This is creating nuisance for the residents as there are a lot of bad elements entering the area on a regular basis. This is a possible security issue with so many tempos and cars coming to drop off goods etc. Also they have installed generators when DLF already offers power backup which is creating noise and air pollution

Dear Sir,

I am NRI living in Australia.I have a property in Faridabad in Sectior 16A, House number 523P. I applied for Conveyance Deed in October 2015. There were some power of attorneys on the property but now they all have been cancelled except one. To cancel this last GPA the only person who can do this is the Deputy Superintendent Kamlesh Ji at HUDA office in Faridabad. I traveled all the way to India in December 2016 & met with the dealing clerk Mr Khan & Kamlesh Ji & I was told you will get your CD in 10 days. It is now three months they still have not given my executed conveyance deed. If I ring the dealing clerk Mr Khan, he says the file is with Kamlesh Ji but when I ring her she says the file is with dealing clerk. It is their internal procedure to move file from one person to another & we do not have to chase them to to this. Please advise how & when I can get my Conveyance deed from the HUDA Faridabad office.

Dear Sir,

Road condition connecting house no. 1028-B & complete house lane in Sec. 21 Panchkula is in extremely bad shape. There is a consistent problem of water drainage, hefty pits have turned the municipal road to a rural path way.
Now a days hygienic issues have started rising when road mud, garbage & dirt have started spreading like a plague.
Being a responsible citizen of your municipal bounds, I humbly request you to get the road amended as the condition shall go to worse in coming few days for which municipal HUDA shall be only held responsible.

the govt. Property in madrasi colony which is huda government property
where he earlier lives before alloting huda house,...

I am making online payment to filling water bill by debit card but due to transaction not complete and money deducted my account.and again i try payment also deduct money my account second time. Dear sir I have a plot in huda no 831 56-56A sector in FARIDABAD i need to transfers it for transferring I paid on line administrative fee but when I done from Pnb no transaction recipet generated so i done another transaction but no recipet generated after that I paid fee from sbi bank and receipt come so sir I done two transactions from my Pnb account date 17/01/2017 but transaction not completed and payment debited from my bank when I saw my bank statement in this show two times 5000 rupees debit from bank their I'd are HPNB[protected]/[protected] and second is HPNB[protected]/[protected] but when I ask bill desk they told me that bank confirmation not come so your payment not go after that I done my payment from another bank and i got on line recipet so please return my payment in my bank account thanks my phone no is [protected]
If transaction done in first time I need not to do in second time but both time payment not receive to huda or payment debit from bank so I paid from another bank because huda fee is important this is huda or Pnb or bill desk mistake not done transaction at that time so please return it to my account you understand that there is no mistake from my sides this is network issue or Pnb issue or bill desk issue but unfortunately I suffered this is my money and I want to return to my bank account and i am not interested to complete this transaction because time lapsed so please return this transaction or amount in my bank account thanks sir i send you bank statement copy also bill desk written you about this administrative fee which I pay three times two times which is paid by me from Pnb bank I can't get recipet so please sir return this amount in my bank account thanks please sir return this amount because if this amount go to huda site than it is very difficult and long process for returning thanks i send you my details and I also send this to bill desk they told me that they write the merchant about this and when reply come then we return this transaction ok thanks sir this mail given by bill desk and told me to write on this sir I also write emails to PNB, BILL DESK, HUDA, HELP Desk and also visiting my state office huda Faridabad but nothing done on my complaint HUDA FARIDABAD IT TOLD ME THAT YOUR PAYMENT COME IN HUDA OR NOT UPDATED AND Return TO YOUR ACCOUNT BUT WE CANNOT SAY WHEN RETURN SO SIR Please SEE THIS TRANSACTION MATTER THANKS
