Road patching was been done twice in sector-6 since 3 years, but in this area, no patching has been done. road condition is worst. too much water deposits here, giving birth to insects, mosquito and also road accidents. a big area of road has turned into a pond.
It is not acceptable at all. the children have exposure to bad health. the surroundings looks so dirty. i hope huda does something now.

Unfortunately, i am a resident of block "s", dlf phase-3, gurgaon and i want to draw your attention towards the worst condition of roads in our locality. it's been more than 15 months, i have been trying to get in touch with the concerned authorities who can help us in this matter, but all in vein.
The roads in our locality are filled with very deep pot-holes and on daily basis we see accidents happening because of potholes, but authorities haven't notice any such thing and that's why they are least bothered about the safety of residents of phase-3 s block.
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

I really need your help with this.
I am a resident of sushant lok 1, gurgaon, behind shalom hills school. i am writing this mail to you to put some light on unauthorized encroachment of govt/huda’s land (sector 53).
There is a new school under construction by the name of wonderland academy, on the land between shalom hills school & e block house number starting 48- 53. building a school is for the betterment of the society but it is very sad to tell you that this construction will be hampering the welfare of the above mentioned houses.
Below are the problems we would be suffering from:
• the generator for power backup is right outside house no. 48, 49, 50 this would lead to unhealthy & poisonous gases being released by the generator that will hamper the health of the people living in these houses. as per law the generator cannot be installed within the radius of 6 meters, whereas the area being prepared for the installation is not even 1 meter away from the houses.
• they have encroached land for bus parking that does not even belong to them, leading to pollution in all the houses around and further ill health of family members.
It would be grateful if you could please look into the matter as they have encroached your land as well.

This is to bring to your notice the dilapidated condition of the rain water roadgalli and main hole in sector16 market. all the lines are choked and there is no space for water to discharge. Due to this a great difficulty is being felt by the shopkeepers in the market. Regarding this problem many complaints have been submitted on your toll-free helpline number and related huda officers but no action has been taken by the department. As the rainy season has started the shopkeepers are facing a lot of problem due to accumulation of rain water in the parking . Also many health related problems will arise due to mosquitoes breeding on stagnant water.
Also I draw your attention to the fact that this rain water pipe has been newly built and is around 2yrs only that it has fully been blocked.
Kindly take some action immediately.

The sewage water is overflowing in front of houses no 129 — 134; creating serious health hazard like dengue;
There are newly born kids in these houses apart from senior citizens which are suffering; time and again we have been complaining to huda sde ii, but no solution;
Now monsoon is coming when it may become unliveable;
Please help and solve our problem

Roads are totally damaged, rainy water is stored like pond on roads. I[censored] hv courage to make cololines like these, hv courage to maintain these also. Kam se kam galiyaa bnwao, chkkr lgao kbi k colony k kyaa halat h... Khud to bde bde ghr me rehte h, logo ko mrne k lie chor rkha h barish k sdte hue pani me.. Entry gate bhi bhra pda h.. Or nhi to ek boat ka arrangement krdijie sarkaar.. Shame on u.. Seriously

Sir, for last 1 month street light are not glowing some of the tube lights are fused & there is a risk of snakes & other poisionas animals may come on roads and houses, because our houses are situated down the aravali hills. our sector 46, H.No.816 to 838 faridabad, haryana. It is our request you to look in to this serious and sensitive issue and safe us and our family members and nabors. pl. arrange to replace fused tube light at the earliest.

Sir, Severs in our lane from H.No.816 to 840, sector 46, Faridabad (Haryana) are jam, sever over flowing at H.No.820 which is under construction, sever water is flowing from H.No.820 to 826 & giving bad smell also not good for health, it is our request to take necessary action to clean all the sever main holes in the line with the help of machine. There are no cleaning for last 3 years.

This is to report that there is tall eucalyptus tree which is bending towards the electricity wires and is going to fall anytime in case of any strong winds/storms etc.

It is requested that the tree may me cut from top so that the any mis-happening can be avoided.

Sir, a person who come he charge rs 300 for clearing and I pay after 5 days the problem is same and I complaint they come and put bricks in main hall and ask me to give 2000rs for this for repair and cleaning

There has been no water supply in some pockets of sector 23 Gurgaon for last 6 days. . The staff atvthe supply pt overhead tank says that there is no aadequate water. Residents are paying rs 1500/- for a water tanker for survival. Newspaper report quotes ofiicials claming that everything is normal however the grnd sit is different. If there is no shortage of water then there appears to be a nexus with . private suppliers Kindly resolvevthis problem immediately.

Water pipe line outside our is leaked and damaged leading to wastage of water. Also there are chances of epidemic if not resolved immediately. I have complained earlier also but no one came to see it.

Street lights on sector 47-50 road starting from traffic signal (red light) at mayfield gardens 't' junction to malibutown is not working for last few months. This is causing safety and security problems to public in general and nearby area residents in particular.

Request to make these lights functional at the earliest.

Park has full facility for lighting but out of 10 lights only one is working due to that in Night it attracts the wrong people and activities. Need to activate all the lights in urgent basis so that families can visit there and wrong activities can be avoided.

Street light opp.Old Gymkhana Club in HUDA Commercial Complex is not working from last 1 month.We have lodged complaint previously & got the same repaired but sorry to say it stands perfect for one day only.Again we have lodged complaint on 27.01.2016 vide complaint number [protected].But still not received any solution.

Even we tried number of times to reach concerned person Mr.Raj Kumar contact number[protected] & 292229 but phone was never picked up.

Please get the needful done on priority.
