I am a resident of sector 27 panchkula, my house number is #202, Sector 27 Panchkula. In my neighborhood # 205 is under construction from last 6- 7 months they spread all their material in the whole road and the road was blocked from last 7 months, So we took another path . but from last 15 days on that path # 199 is also started their construction and they also blocked the road, Now we don't have any path to go.
On 12 august 20016 at 2:00 o'clock their was a heavy rain and i have to go to pick my son from school bus .the road was blocked with construction material and vehicles of tenets of #204 the images are attached with the mail how the road was blocked . when i asked them to clear the road as i was in hurry the tenants started arguing and they didn't let me go and pick my child.they have some relative working in huda he said that huda is their property they can do what ever they want to do as they are working in huda department. i had to call the police to clear the road .
i request you to please understand the problems that we are facing all the time and solve them. please issue some guidelines for all people who are constructing their houses to leave some space on the road so that vehicles can move without any problem and we residents must not face such problem in near future.

This is to inform you that vidya enclave sector 56 plot no gh 11 have put barbed wire fencing outside the society on huda land which is causing huge discomfort to all. I have even slipped and fallen into it which caused me personal damage.
This fencing is completely illegal and needs to be removed on an immediate basis.
Discussion on the same has happened at huda office as well. I am filling a written complaint to registered the case.

This is to bring to notice the exorbitant parking charges that are being charged by HUDA in Sec 44 Institutional area in Gurgaon. The rates are Rs. 40 for 8 hrs (which are fine) but the moment you cross 8 hrs, the rates shoot up to Rs. 80. Now how is this justified. You end up paying rs. 40 extra for 1 extra hour!!! And what facilities have they provided to park our cars? The parking lot turns into a mud pit, full of slush and water and when it rains and it becomes impossible to get to your car without spoiling your clothes and shoes.

Whats more, there have been times when cars have got stuck in the extreme filth and mud that gets created during heavy rains. Is this what is called a service for which we are being charged so high?? Over and above this, the parking attendants have no manner of talking and they look more like goons hired by the HUDA authorities. Highly uncivilized

The rates should ideally go up by Rs. 10 for every hour after 8 hrs. This is the norm elsewhere. If HUDA does not roll back the rates, we should all stop paying such high charges all-together for the pathetic services they provide.

There is no water supply since in sector 47 since last 3 days. on 30th july, responsible huda je sh, balraj has informed all residents that water supply will be restored by 31st afternoon; however we are still waiting for water restoration. sh. balraj has switched his phone.
This cut of water supply for 2-3 days in sector 47 is becoming now a regular affair and we are suffering
Frrquently therefore we urge your kind attention on the issue. please issue necessary directions to the concerned staff to take care of the issue.

In rainy season all the rainy water filled our street & house. Its showing like a river. Request you to please do the needful.

Its all time bad experiance in living in huda sites. Property rates are high but facilities given by huda is poooooooooor

Dear sir,

1. Pole lights not working from nit-3 masjid to saink colony chowk faridabad road since last one month. Most of the lights are damaged and need to be replaced on priority.

2. High mast light not working at gurgaon faridabad chowk saink colony faridabad since last 2 months.

This is high traffic density road which connect faridabad to gurgaon and in evening massive traffic come in this route. So nothing is visible in evening and night time and need immediate action for both the complaints.

This is complaint about booth no-115, sector-3, faridabad, the owner of this shop has rented his shop to some people belong to village. They blocked the pedestrian passage in front of shop by putting their table, bike and car and giving no way to customer to cross from there. There is atm of axis bank other shop as well where the customer has to go but they stop their way. If they say something, these people use abuse language. You can't walk or cross on pedestrian after 4:00pm. Even they have encroached booth no. 114 by putting their counter over there as that booth is not yet built. All shopkeepers are very disturbed as they threat to them. Request you to the needful at the earliest.

Huda force-bally compelled the complainant to deposit 2.40 lakhs failing which they wont issue the occupation certificate. The complainant met the estate officer huda ashwani kumar (Now under suspension), 200 times and gave dozens of representations but to no use ultimately the complainant was advised to deposit rs. 2.40 lakhs or loose the plot and seek the refund later on. The complainant got the occupation certificate after depositing unjustified amount of rs 2.40 lakhs in april 2013 since then i am requesting huda to refund me the amount but so far nothing has been done (In 2014 huda flatly refused to hear me) to refund the same and hence this complaint.

In brief:-
Huda claimed the non construction charges from the year 1999 to 2008 whereas during this period the case matter of plot no 528, sector 21 panchkula was subjudice for huda not only arbitrarily reducing the plot area but also spoiling the shape of the plot. Ultimately the honorable court decided the case in favor of the applicant and huda was asked to refund the amount with interest for all the years. Being baffled by the decision huda not only delayed the court decision but also a matter of vindictiveness imposed the above penalty of rs. 2. 40 lakhs and with held the release of occupation certificate.

Road patching was been done twice in sector-6 since 3 years, but in this area, no patching has been done. road condition is worst. too much water deposits here, giving birth to insects, mosquito and also road accidents. a big area of road has turned into a pond.
It is not acceptable at all. the children have exposure to bad health. the surroundings looks so dirty. i hope huda does something now.

Unfortunately, i am a resident of block "s", dlf phase-3, gurgaon and i want to draw your attention towards the worst condition of roads in our locality. it's been more than 15 months, i have been trying to get in touch with the concerned authorities who can help us in this matter, but all in vein.
The roads in our locality are filled with very deep pot-holes and on daily basis we see accidents happening because of potholes, but authorities haven't notice any such thing and that's why they are least bothered about the safety of residents of phase-3 s block.
Kindly do the needful on urgent basis.

I really need your help with this.
I am a resident of sushant lok 1, gurgaon, behind shalom hills school. i am writing this mail to you to put some light on unauthorized encroachment of govt/huda’s land (sector 53).
There is a new school under construction by the name of wonderland academy, on the land between shalom hills school & e block house number starting 48- 53. building a school is for the betterment of the society but it is very sad to tell you that this construction will be hampering the welfare of the above mentioned houses.
Below are the problems we would be suffering from:
• the generator for power backup is right outside house no. 48, 49, 50 this would lead to unhealthy & poisonous gases being released by the generator that will hamper the health of the people living in these houses. as per law the generator cannot be installed within the radius of 6 meters, whereas the area being prepared for the installation is not even 1 meter away from the houses.
• they have encroached land for bus parking that does not even belong to them, leading to pollution in all the houses around and further ill health of family members.
It would be grateful if you could please look into the matter as they have encroached your land as well.

This is to bring to your notice the dilapidated condition of the rain water roadgalli and main hole in sector16 market. all the lines are choked and there is no space for water to discharge. Due to this a great difficulty is being felt by the shopkeepers in the market. Regarding this problem many complaints have been submitted on your toll-free helpline number and related huda officers but no action has been taken by the department. As the rainy season has started the shopkeepers are facing a lot of problem due to accumulation of rain water in the parking . Also many health related problems will arise due to mosquitoes breeding on stagnant water.
Also I draw your attention to the fact that this rain water pipe has been newly built and is around 2yrs only that it has fully been blocked.
Kindly take some action immediately.

The sewage water is overflowing in front of houses no 129 — 134; creating serious health hazard like dengue;
There are newly born kids in these houses apart from senior citizens which are suffering; time and again we have been complaining to huda sde ii, but no solution;
Now monsoon is coming when it may become unliveable;
Please help and solve our problem

Roads are totally damaged, rainy water is stored like pond on roads. I[censored] hv courage to make cololines like these, hv courage to maintain these also. Kam se kam galiyaa bnwao, chkkr lgao kbi k colony k kyaa halat h... Khud to bde bde ghr me rehte h, logo ko mrne k lie chor rkha h barish k sdte hue pani me.. Entry gate bhi bhra pda h.. Or nhi to ek boat ka arrangement krdijie sarkaar.. Shame on u.. Seriously

Sir, for last 1 month street light are not glowing some of the tube lights are fused & there is a risk of snakes & other poisionas animals may come on roads and houses, because our houses are situated down the aravali hills. our sector 46, H.No.816 to 838 faridabad, haryana. It is our request you to look in to this serious and sensitive issue and safe us and our family members and nabors. pl. arrange to replace fused tube light at the earliest.

Sir, Severs in our lane from H.No.816 to 840, sector 46, Faridabad (Haryana) are jam, sever over flowing at H.No.820 which is under construction, sever water is flowing from H.No.820 to 826 & giving bad smell also not good for health, it is our request to take necessary action to clean all the sever main holes in the line with the help of machine. There are no cleaning for last 3 years.

This is to report that there is tall eucalyptus tree which is bending towards the electricity wires and is going to fall anytime in case of any strong winds/storms etc.

It is requested that the tree may me cut from top so that the any mis-happening can be avoided.

Kindly take action as quickly as possible.
