my plot no 2019 sector -65 name ashok kumar sharma ki convenious deed ke liye 5 month pahle paper jama kiye the ... deptt kehta hei file miss place hei main record incharg, accounts incharg, estate officer, administator tak sab se mil chuka hoon sabhi kehte hei 2 din do lakin problem ka koi solution kisi ke pass nahi hei ...main aaj news main dekha up main murgi gum hone per fir durj ho gai yahan khoon pasene ki kamai se ek cheej le uss per koi sunwai nahi ...pl. mujeh batao kis se milu ...kis ko complaint karu main bahut pareshan hoon pl. help me ... my no. Dear Sir/Madam, I have got the registry done in my name for the plot no. 521, Sector 2, Bahadurgarh under weaker section category dated 7th Oct 2013. However, the same has not been transferred in my name. It has been more than 1.5 years since the plot has not been transferred in my name. I have been harrassed to the core now. I am sending this email as the last resort to get the work done as soon as possible. Please help me in doing this so that I can save myself from further harassment.

Hereunder is the list of complaints about maintenance of Sector 20, Panchkula 1. Huge wild grass on all empty grounds or road sides. 2. Roads get blocked by fruit / vegetable / eatable vendors. They are creating huge mess & public is also stopping their vehicles on the roads to buy, which creates another blockage. In this case, permanent solution is required which is possible only after strict action & penalties. 3. Road Gullies are not cleaned. 4. Not a Single dustbin has been placed. Residents & Sweepers appointed by societies are bound to throw the garbage in the open. 5. Stray Dogs & Cattles. 6. Garbage & polythene is spread all over. The poor disposal of the polythene bags & garbage can also lead to the spread of diseases. 7. Sweepers are never seen. 8. No Paver Blocks to beautify the area or to provide the path for pedestrians. 9. Darkness in the evening on the roads, as some lights are not functioning & which works, are not that bright to provide much light. 10. No Sign boards, displaying society numbers and map of the sector.

Hello, I am hereby to inform and initiate you that there is an illegal construction going on in Ashoka Enclave Main, House No-301 Ground Floor left, , Sec-35, , where the Owner of the house Mr. Faiz Khan has illegally broken the Front and Back Wall of the house and extended the Wall from front and back side, which is against the rules and regulations of HUDA authority. Please take necessary action and do the needful, to give justice to the other people residing in the Vicinity. Thankx and Regards, Your well Wisher.

Mr kallu is started encroachment of green belt by making jhugi behing the A72 and A73 Ashoka Enclave Part II Faridabad Haryana. (faridabad-balabgarh by pass road) We shall be oblige if you arrange to clear the encroachment on the green belt immediately.

The park near welfare trust Mansadevi complex sector 4, Panchkula is not maintained. A lot of wild plants grow and the cutting of grass and trees are not done timely. Due to which there are a lot of insects which often bite children. The interest of the children playing in the park is not appreciated. A group of retired people have taken needful steps to organise benches for that age group. Children are not allowed to play from 5 to 7 pm on the path. Earlier the government had sent swings and the old people from the park authority sent them back.

There is no road from House no 1177 to 1185 in sector 23A. We are complaining for this from long(about 2 years) Refer Grievance id 785317, 785318, 913708 First our complain closed due to National Election, Then State election and now in the name of work in progress, We are facing problem of dust & water clogging. A vehicle parked for full day can get dust layer of about 2 mm on it. This dust is also a health hazard for the area residence specially the child and elders. As the manson is coming it will further complicate the issue and there will be water clogging and will be no passage for the resident. So you are requested to look in to this and resolve this on priority.

I have a residential plot at Gurgaon in sector 45 Plot no 448 and against this plot I had a excess amount towards HUDA so for getting refund of that excess amount I am trying from last six months. I visited Estate officer II Gurgaon so many times write applications two times and also mail to Estate officer and administrator so many times but all are in vain. So now I understand this is HUDA....

Garden provided in 10 marla block of sector-25, Panchkula is not maintained i.e. The light installed in the garden are not working for the last ix months, The water pipe provided to water the garden grass has been taken away about fortnight ago. There is no care taker to look after the garden as hither to used to be. The leaves of the trees have been accumulated at different corner of the garden and not taken away. As such. resident, senior citizens, children cannot make use of the garden. Without watering, green grass of the park has dried up. Pl. get the needful done failing which, the residents will be constrained to lodge complaint at CM window

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Sector 39 Gurgaon. In front of my society many street vendors have encroached the Huda land and running their business activities resulting in the following savior problems to the local residents: 1) They through their garbage and food waste on the Huda land and it has become a stinky garbage dumping Ground. 2) They have encroached the green belt developed by Huda and broken the fencing and cement boundary made by Huda. 3) All the time their is traffic congestion that result in accident's resulting in damage to our vehicles 4) They burn their waste on daily basis which is adversely effecting the health of local residents. Request you to kindly take the notice of this serious issue and direct the competent authority take immediate action on it. Regards,

Applied for refund of my amount on 6th May 15 through letter on mail to Estate Officer karnal. Nobody picking up the call in karnal office. Hi, I am resident of 3058 A sector 23 and for last 20 odd days we are facing shortage of water supply. Every morning I get up at 4am to check if supply is there but it only lasts for 40 odd minutes which is not sufficient for survival during the summers. Supply has been completely stopped during evenings which makes it even worst. I join my hands and request you to please help us out.

Sir, just want to let you know that DLF CITY CENTER MALL, MG ROAD GURGAON has been occupied illegal a Gali which is from Maruti Vihar to MG Road Metro station. I am Apoorva Pathak Residing at faridabad sector 29. In my enclave the people have made speedbreaker without aby permission from HUDA which resululted in many accidents. It is not a proper speedbreaker and made on newlymade semented road.i would requesest you to look at this matter as it is a seriousconcern.many people have got seriously injured. My contact no. I am Mr.Surinder Bansal of #558 Sector-7 Panchkula. Sir, I have been facing with a problem of lack of sanitation facilities at the backside of my house. This is to inform you that the house at the backside of my house is a plot currently inhabited by the family of a washerman. They do not have proper sewage facilities and because of this there is a huge concentration of mosquitoes breeding around my house. Therefore, I request you to look into this matter and take some steps as soon as possible for ensuring cleanliness to avoid any disease-circumstances. I will be highly obliged if you do so.

Hi, I hold a residential plot in Azizullahpur Village, Barsat Road, Haryana. I bought this plot in 1986. When checked with local persons and came to know that it is acquired by HUDA. I have not been informed that this is the case. I bought this plot for residential purposes. Please help and suggest from where we can get the compensation against this residential plot. Ma'am / Ser I am a student and doing my course through NIIT sec 14 Gurgaon . When I enters the parking the contractor ask me to give 10 rupees for 1 hours . Sometimes he ask to pay 20 rupees for 2 hour . I asked him about the licence first he misbehaved with me then showed me a copy which is not genuine as it doesn't have any mark of the stamp . Secondly there is no exit and entry gate, contractor has no uniform and doesn't posses any name batch . There is no HUDA board containing the rates . And the slip they provide to me is not upto mark. I written you several times but no response has been generated . Please its my humble request to pay attention to this . Somehow I managed to click some photographs at the spot. I had parked my car on 17th April at 11:22 am in Parking (Secure Parking Solutions Pvt. Ltd. at Cyber Hub, DLF Cyber City, Phase 2, NH 8, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002). While entering I read parking tariff, printed at back side of parking receipt, where it was mentioned that 0-3 hours = Rs. 40 and additional hours = Rs. 100/-. I parked my vehicle for 8 hours 37 mins and the bill that they given to me was of Rs. 640/-, however as per tariff plan bill should be Rs. 140 only. They charged me per hour basis. I argued that there is difference in "additional hours" and "per hour". I kept on requesting to let me go and charge only correct amount but person in-charge didn''t want to understand. After sometime involving an officer from DLF security they have given me a discount of Rs. 300/- and charged only Rs. 340/-. I need compensation for extra charges they billed, Wastage of time (more than an hour) and for mental agony and harassment (as I wanted to go home early to take my new born daughter to hospital)

House number: 358 sector 4 panchkula has occupied the land of huda in front of his gate and installed iron grille so no body can even walk on that area. By doing this they have made a situations for accident to occur. As early in the morning, they park their 3 cars outside their home ON THE ROAD. And on the side, they have grills. So only 5 ft distance is left for other vehicles to pass on that road. This is jusy not acceptible. Creating a fuss in the entire sector. Sector 4, Mansa Devi Complex, Panchkula
