Last Few month the rain water logging in our market, because of concrete main road made by Huda contractor, And road are on high level and market is low area is low. When concrete Road are made by Huda contractor 7 or 8 Drainagepiped is place under the Road from Market area to other side rain water drainage purpose. But till today, neither made the mainhole nor open the drainage pipe from the Market side, please look in to matter and solve the problem. And send the some body at side to see the water logging in the markat and parking area.     When it rains water logs in front of house no 314 to 324 Sector - 19, near esi despancery, Huda Faridabad .Near about of one foot deep water remains logged for six to seven days on the road.Which has no out let to go any where because the ends of the streets road are at higher level than its middle.The storm water system all those exist yet it is choked and does not operate.People can not pass threw this road after even four or five days when rain is over.Residents of these houses are also move enable outside.Children and senior city zens are most suffers.Kindly do the needful.       STP noise/Smell in Sector 71 GURGAON

      hi, I am a resident of CHD Avenue 71 Gurgaon. This project was handed over for possession by builder last year in July/august. Till date there are about 300+ families who have shifted and living here. There is adjoining STP to CHD Avenue 71 project. This is a HUGE health as well as notorius issue for all residents due to following reasons: - Noise generated by STP is huge all day ling/night. People have to Live with this noise throughout...

      I have purchased a unit in BPTP princess park in resale with full payment and the property get transferred to my name in the month of June, 2014. There was no due payment, everything including stamp duty charges have been paid. I requested to them to proceed for registry of the same. It has already been passed 9 month but still there is no registry and suddenly today I got the demand SMS of 92000 from BPTP, when I enquired about it then I got to know that they are charging me this amount because of increased stamp duty. So my question is that, delay made by BPTP due to which stamp duty charges increased, why should I pay as a customer all these charges. And what guarantee is there that if I paid the amount they will not delay it further and will not make any demand again. This is wrong in all the means, So i talked to them and asked to them to bear these charges by themselves because it's their mistake. But they (BPTP) are not getting agreed, Please help me.

          Hi i have booked a flat in bptp park elite premium in august 2009 but still i didnt get the possesion i have visited the site as well BPTP office gurgaon but didnt any answer by them even i...visited the site yesterday...everything is standstill...no workers...no work...no project in charge or other officials of bptp available on site...as they told that the work is likely to resume in march...but I think there was no conviction in what u were saying...it was just another run of the mill replies by goons of BPTP...future appears very bleak...this word is saying approx last 8-9 months but still work is not started. we have middile class family and already paying the EMI to bank as well house rent and its very difficult to us. after visited multiple time at BPTP office they are not giving any possesion date in written and wen they will start the possesion. we have already pay more than 95% amount to builder in 2012. this is request please help us. regards rajsh Kumar [protected]@gmail.com

[protected] ____________________________________________________ Ref. No Ch-7/RWA/GS Dated: 16.03.15 To The Estate Officer, HUDA, Sonipat. Subject: Encroachment of land of HUDA in Sector-13 behind Plot No.71 to 83. Your personal attention is invited towards the various letters written by the association for taking suitable action for extra HUDA land behind the plot No.71 to 83. It is regretted to point out that inspite of repeated requests and meeting with the HUDA authorities no action has been taken in this regard. During meeting with your predecessor it was decided that since the land cannot be utilized by HUDA for any other propose this extra land behind these plots be properly measured and be allotted to these plot holders at the prevalent HUDA rates. This proposal was also in the best interest of HUDA because HUDA would have earned lacs of rupees and its encroachment would have been avoided. A copy of the minutes of the meeting are enclosed for reference please. During the meeting it was decided that this exercise will be completed by the Estate Office within two months but inspite of lapse of more than two year no action seems to have been taken so far. The result of non-action on the part of Estate Office have resulted into encroachment behind plot No.71 and have filed a civil suit putting into unnecessary litigation which was totally avoidable. The report regarding this encroachment was also made your office in writing as well as per person by the association but no action was taken by your office, which shows that Estate Office staff have connived with the encroacher. Now that encroacher is tying buffalos in Plot No.71 creating nuisance for the residents. Inspite of report to your office no action has been taken in this regard also. Now, during the last week similar effort has been made behind plot No. 75 by resident of Janta colony by opening a door towards HUDA plot for which you are requested to take immediate action against him. Hence, it is again requested for the sake of hygienic living conditions of the residents, to avoid encroachment of HUDA land, for the financial benefit of HUDA this extra land be got measured immediately and be allotted to these plot holders to avoid its encroachment and financial loss to HUDA and unnecessary litigations. Matter MOST URGENT AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ACTION, PLEASE. DA/As above. ( P.S.Dahiya ) General Secretary CC: 1.The Administrator, HUDA, Sector-1, Rohtak for kind information and he is requested to please direct the officers concerned to take immediate action to avoid litigation, financial loss to HUDA and nuisance for the residents by the encroachers. 2.               Sir In Palam vihar sector 2-c, Gurgaon ( at T point between plot no -34 & plot no 25 ) near Palam vihar vypar kendra main water supply line is leaking since last 7 days.Complaint lodged but problem remain unresolved due juridictional problem as Incharge Sec 23 water works says it is under Sec-5 sub division where as SDO Sec 5 says it it not in their area. It is requested that corrective action for repair of above line may please be taken at the earliest as acumaltion of water is causing grave danger of Dengue to residents of area.

                Dear Sir, I, Ranjit Taneja have made an application for AFffordable Hsg. with SRS Hitech Projects Limited - Affordable Hsg. Policy 2013 and given an amount of booking of Rs. 100000/- on 21/08/2014 and we are told that the draw will be made by HUDA next Month. Enquiring from time to time we are just getting only the next presumed date from them this is totally a unfair traid practice by way of which they are just pooling the funds of investors/consumers without getting the Registration from the SEBI, May i know when can we expect the draw or the money back Thanks & Regards Ranjit Taneja

                  I have submitted the file for transfer of plot no. 2056, sector 28, Faridabad in my son's name. This file was submitted in starting of December 2014, but inspite of regular followup by my daughter in law, We have not received any confirmations so far. Some times replies are pending, sometimes file is misplaced . but they dont transfer the line to Mr. P S Meena also who is incharge of office.

                    I am staying in Faridabad Neharpar area Sec- 88 – I surprised to see it’s a huge residential area with no street lights – The shocking point is street lights are already installed but no government authority is bothered to switch on the lights, it’s extremely risky to go outside on the roads- changes of accidents are too high specially during foggy days- I would request someone to please look into this on priority and let us the correct person name and contact who is responsible for this.                       A small tree has fallen due to recent strong wind and rain in front of plot No 3257 of Sector 23 . The plot has only 10 percent built up area and is looked after a part time watchman. The fallen tree is partially blocking the road. Request action to dispose off the tree and clear the road

                        The rain water get flooded on the road in front of the houses 1624 to 1627, Sector 10A, Housing Board Colony Gurgaon as a result it become very difficult to go out.There are two water harvesting system installed in the colony about two year back by the HUDA and assured at that time, rain water from the road will be taken up to rainwater harvesting through drain/pipe soon. We approached Xen and SDO HUDA of the area many time along with President RWA of the area but till now nothing has been done.You are once again requested to solve this problem immediately.                           Hi Sir, There was sewer line laid in sector 14, Gurgaon about 2 months back. The roads were dug from one side and lines were laid. But till now the work of making the road is not started. After one day of rain today, all the soft mud went down and the cars parked of the residents got stuck. It is creating a huge problem and risk to people. Can someone quickly look into it complete this work ?

                            Sir, Most respectfully, it is intimated that we have applied for transfer of above house, but the transfer permission is pending on the ground that said plot was allotted under Reserve Category of defense quota. In this connection, it is intimated that the above plot was allotted during 1967, prior to the formation of HUDA when there was no quota system. It has been mistakenly listed in quota system because of negligence of HUDA staff....

                            Dear Sir,

                            Its very bad to know that we are working in the industrial area phase-2 where illegal work is going in opposite to plot no-333, like selling of filled cigarette with smack and others in illegal tea stall on huda land and no body is taking action against them because somebody is taking bribe for this illegal work. Its very bad Environment here in phase-2 industrial area.

                            So as a common man I request you to remove this illegal shed immediately and take action against them.

                            I have a plot no 188G , Sector 46, urban Estate of Faridabad which was alloted to me by HUDA Faridabad. Inspite of my repeated reminders HUDA Faridabad is not responding to my request of getting the conveyance deed registerted .

                              I am residing in house no 941, sector 9. Gurgaon. My water bill of December 14 to January 15 is too high. 1. My bill never comes so much high. consummed quantity 134 KL is indicated while my last average quantity is 50 KL. I am single user(one family 2 adults & 2 children) 2. 134 KL price RS 409.00 3. I feel meter is showing wrong reading & water bill charge calculation is wrong. Please look into matter at the earliest. Regards Gagan

                                  I am not finding mcf complaint no and no one is responding on no. Provided in mcf wevsite Kindly note that there is huge sewage leaking in Faridabad bypass road near palla. Just in front of NPTI near Santos nagar It will be water within hour everywhere Please forward it to correct department else send someone to look after it

                                    Non-execution of Conveyance Deed

Group Housing Society, GH-75, Sector-20, Panchkula applied for execution of Conveyance Deed in December2013.It was one of the requirements of HUDA as contained in Societie's allotment letter. Though this work should have been completed in 18 working days as per citizen Charter, after almost one year HUDA asked the Society to clear an outstanding of Rs. 4.8 lacs first. As per HUDA this outstanding was on account of transfer...
