REFUND OF EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT AGAINST FARIDABAD SCHEME 2009 - 10

I was declared unsuccessful in the draw of lot held for allotment of 10 Marla plot in Sector 56-56A in Urban estate, Faridabad.

On 17.8.2010, I had requested the Estate Officer, HUDA, Faridabad to refund the 'Earnest Money Deposit' of Rs.2,04,500/- (Rs. Two lacs Four Thousand Five Hundred Only) deposited by me vide Application No. 325864 and Regd. No. FBD[protected].

I am in dire need of money. Therefore, I would request HUDA, Faridabad to refund my 'EMD' at the earliest.

    Dear Sir/Madam,


    I have applied in HUDA residential Scheme closes on 05/01/2010 for Residential Plots at
    Sonipat, Sector-23 in my name having Application Serial No. 509590 but unfortunately I don't get the allotment in MY name as per allotment draw held on June 2010.

    Already two months have been passed since draw was announced, we have not yet received the refund of earnest money amounting of Rs. 1,62,000/- in Sonipat and Rs. 1,95,000/- in Faridabad.


    I have already applied for refund to Bank of Baroda, Branch Bika Ji Cama Palace, New Delhi, where the Application form alongwith the draft of earnest money was deposited, vide my letter dated 20/08/2010.In response, they informed me that they are only the collecting agency of HUDA and my refund cheque will be directly issued by the HUDA Authority itself.

    After that I sent my Grievance through Speed Post to ESTATE OFFICER, Haryana Urban Development Authority,HUDA Complex, Sector-15, Sonipat, Haryana on 21/08/2010 and also through E-Mail on [protected]@gmail.com , AND C.C to [protected]@gmail.com dated 21/08/2010 and also Reminder on 26/08/2010 & 30/08/2010, regarding that refund of earnest money.

    But still the refund of my earnest money is pending with HUDA.


    kindly look into this matter and give necessary instructions to the concerned Department or Officers in regard to Refund of Earnest Money of our above said Applications and oblige.

    Huda has never done this. It has always refunded the resrved amount BUT not this time

    HUDA sonipat plots draw results have been out since last two monts BUT no refunds have been received by many or all.

    Its dreadful as HUDA is not responding to letters or even lawyers notice.
    Whats going on/???

    It seems that HUDA has extra money which it wants to waste away in litigation and compelling compensation to its victims

    There is a graveyard (kabristan) within the sector 45 Faridabad. this grave yard is supposed to be abandoned but it is still being used. Kindly look into this issue and take up the matter with appropriate authority.

        not receipt of refund till to date
        its true HUDA officials never responds. It seems there is a nexus with the help of HUDA officials whereby they have given refund cheque of one person to some other person having account with same name. As the refunds usually does not contain the bank details of the payee, hence anybody having account with that name can deposit the cheque in his account and get credit. This will enable HUDA officials to show that the payment has been encashed by the payee. This should be referred to the Economic Offences Wing.

          I am S.Vidya Rajan S/O Sri.S.NagaRaju(Late).My family stays in L.I.G-16 BHEL RCPuram.Recently there was a construction of drainage system in our Bharathinagar Colony & these drainage lines have been placed from in front of my house & at the time of this construction my mom was not available at home.Now the issue is from past many years there was a manhole & a electric pole placed just infront(i.e., both this manhole & eletric pole are very very close & touches my house foundation) of my house.
          Now in the recent construction of new drainage lines the contracter/municipality people has constructed one more manhole & this manhole is also touching my house foundation, as per the rule this manhole has to come before my neighbour house but the contracter/municipality people has taken bribes & constructed that manhole into my home seeing the unavailabulity of people in my home (i.e.,in L.I.G-16, bharathinagar colony bhel rcpuram hyd-502032 AP).And on the top house hold water supply line & drainge line are very close & placed side by side.Now what I want is that the contracter/municipality people has to remove the newly constructed manhole from infront of my home.And also there is a chance of drinking water getting polluted if the drainage line gets damaged & above of this all contracter/municipality people didn't follow any sanitary rules during construction.Please take the necessary action.

          Dear our house number is E868/E Sector 22B Gurgaon. The supply of drinking water provided by HUDA is coming very often at our residence. Sir please do something as this issue is only coming at our residence.

            Sir, I am the resident of 966, Sector 9, Bahadurgarh has dwelling in the hell in the name of HUDA sector as the people adjoing me the status of whom is not know are in the business of building breaking and extracting steel out of its garbage. They put it on road surrounding my house and break it by JCB Machines resulting my house has got cracks all over and road broken. The garbage stanching throughout day, these all people have got illegal water connection and extracts all the water through electric motors and there is hardly any water left for us. Please take action and check all the water pipe line without the help of HUDA local employees who are with them.

            HUDA — Road been completely broken

            I behalf of all the people of shamlal building, begumpet, hyderabad, would like to complain about the road work that is going near Ganesh temple. From last 2 days the road is completely destroyed and we are facing lots of problem. The road was made properly 2 years back. Please send some official to have a look on the matter. With the onset of the monsoon, the condition will be worst. Please take necessary action.

            HUDA — Damaged Road

            Roads in sector 56 gurgaon are damaged. They were dug up for putting in the main drinage by HUDA and thereafter left uncarpeted. The inner road connecting kendriya vihar to Jalvayu towers is bady broken from the last 1 year
            Sir,

            It is stated that one person working as plumber or sewer-man namely Ramesh in Huda office has mortgage all the department as it relates to water or sewer connection. Whether it is legal/or illegal. The Sector 9,9A is surrounded by unauthorized colonies. He gives the illegal water connection and charge Rs.10,000/- and assure that there would be no complaint against you, if there is any it would be asked to sort out to me and I would give a nil report. This person and some other plumbers one of them is saini plumber has given a number of such connection. Due to this gross theft of water we the resident of sector 9,9A are not getting water properly. Taps are dry for a long time. Only electric motors which costs much are feeding the water problem.
            Kindly give head to this menace.

            Sir,
            We the resident of Saini pura, Shastri Nagar and Dayanand Nagar are getting the water supply mixed with sewer water. Some plumbers has given illegal connection to resident of adjoining colony. We would be grateful if we all are allowed legally to have a Huda water connection like illegal connection had by Ramesh, Krishan, Balraj, Deeghram of Sainipura and many more it would be counted about 100 if they are traced.

              I had applied for HUDA, Faridabad 2010 residential plots scheme under sector -62 gen category. The draw was held on 21 June 2010 bu I didn't get my application money till now.

              I also tried to call Estate office, Faridabad but it always engaged.

              My application is in the name of Kamlesh Kumar Pant for Rs.49000/-

              Kindly do the needful so that I can get my money back as soon as possible.

              Sir, 1) Sewarage water overflowing on the road. 2) Contractor labours are not coming to this area for resolving our complaints. 3) Owner of H NO. 1489-B, Sec-64, Faridabad has blocked sewage hole, due to that even if tractor with sucking machines comes sewage water cannot be drained out.

                Would not it be a threat to the people living in surroundings areas!!!

                DEAR ALL ,

                I have been continuosly writing to HUDA gurgaon authorities regarding my sector 57 plot which is still ommited from last 4 years .It has been a VERY VERY VERY painfull struggle so far just to get my own plot to build my house .But still no reply , WHICH IS VERY VERY STRANGE , HUDA IS NOT ABLE TO RELEASE MORE THAN 200-300 PLOTS IN GURGAON TO SOME DEPRIVING AND NEEDY CUSTOMERS .

                Since I referred to various bullet points regarding sector 57 plots and is still wanting to know answer to some of the most intriguing questions from Haryana’s largest land authority HUDA .I have Eight Marla plot which I own AND HUDA ALLOTED ME THE SAME PLOT WITH HUDA ALLOTMENT LETTER and i m depositing yearly instalments on that , I m still waiting to see any action on HUDA sector 57 gurgaon plots .

                We need to create lot of transparency in the processes or else common man,s trust will be shaken with the government .

                In sector 57 issue I would request that HIGH LEVEL ENQUIRY OF A SCAM is required and there are about more than 200-300 allotees who are waiting for justice so that they can build their dream home in Gurgaon .I see no reason why HUDA gurgaon cannot allot alternate plots soon to effected parties when there is lot of land being availiable to them .HUDA is allotting land to private builders in all the new sectors like 71 , 72, 74 , 81 , 82 ,84 . Recently we saw DLF building private flats at sector 82 with the project named New town heights also BPTP bulidng private flats in sector 37 d, 37c .All this land has been allotted by HUDA and proper license has been issued by DTCP Huda gurgaon, when huda can grant licenses to private builders in new sectors then why cant they allot alternate plots to sector 57 allotees who are suffering badly without any home to live .
                Last year HUDA held a draw on 16th July , 09 for some of the omitted allotees whose plots were omitted and released very few plots and gave a strong promise to all other parties like us that they will release our plot very soon in next 2-3 months and till now nothing has happened .This is corruption at its best .

                Recently we saw big time DDA scam in delhi flats where high official enquiry is going on to punish the culprits so that truth should prevail which I think is a very positive step on part of delhi government and it urban development ministry .Therefore the urban development ministry of Haryana too needs to act now and act fast to give solace to around 300 customers of HUDA sector 57 gurgaon plots .

                I visited several times to HUDA office in gurgaon and again got a same reply that you will get the plot but nothing happened so far .Already more than 5 years passed when HUDA released the draw of sector 57 in open market and this case being pending from quite a long time .What amazes me is that howcome HUDA is demanding instalments every year for the plots which are under court litigation and why HUDA cannot reallot the alternate plots to effected parties when there is so much land availiable in Gurgaon , when HUDA can allot land to private builders then why not people like us whose plots were omitted .

                My again urgent submission to all is to kindly give a serious look into this matter and get some action initiated to plug the loopholes because common man is suffering to get the piece of land which is his future dream house .

                LETS UNITE TO INITIATE SOME ACTION ......PLS CONFIRM FROM HUDA OFFICE IN SECTOR 56 GURGOAN ....THIS IS TRUE NEWS .....

                I look forward to serious and quick action so that we can remove the curtain from the callous attitude of HUDA authorities .

                Dear All,

                I am doing lot of correspondence with HUDA but nobody give us any response of my omit plots in sector-57 Gurgaon and and neither, don't tell us any status of omit plots in Sector-57. There are still 200 (approx) affected allotees who are still waiting for clearance of his plots or an alternate plot in lieu of actual allotment. In these last 3 years, I have done lot of visit to HUDA office at Gurgaon to confirm the status of my omit plot but I always get a reply in one sentence. (We are doing exercise for these omit plots and wait for couple of months.) Now more than 4 years have been passed to pass this buck.

                Few years ago, I remember it there was a big scam in DDA (Delhi Development Authority) & NDA (Noida Development Authority) and they had sorted out the matter with in half an year. I am not understanding that why HUDA not sorting out this problem. Every body knows it HUDA is the largest authority in India.

                I think, HUDA staff is not interested to clear this above sector and they are harassing to allotees. We are not understanding What they want from allotees.

                People who are posted in HUDA office are interested in persuing the omitted plot holder that HUDA may come out with the policy that the money will be refunded, so better u sell them now and they want to become the middlle man to earn the brokers money. I think we need to unite together and initiate legal action .                 My father called up the HUDA Estate office II today to know the status for his omitted plot in Sector 57and the person on line said that process is under review. Further he added that it may take at least one year to alot the plots. The strange thing is that no written communication has been done by HUDA to the alottees for these omitted plots for more than year. It is frightening to see how HUDA does not value its customers. Do you thing filing an RTI would make any difference?

                I am 8 marla plot owner in Sector 57. I have made entire payment to HUDA. I have made number of visits to Estate Office-II to enquire about physical possession, but no reply. I have made number correspondence with the Estate Office, but no reply. I firmly believe that HUDA officials are in connivance with the private builders/ property agents to encourage the litigation so that the plots are not handed over to the original allottees. There appears to be no checks to stop the culprits. This has resulted in draining out our money with no return. I request all the affected persons to unite and take up the matter against HUDA. Today I read in the Times of India that the Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court has given directions to HUDA to hand over the plots to the owners within 4 months. This is a good news. I wish the group who has taken up in the Court to contact me also and if any assistance is required, I shall happily provide.

                  I am resident of c-311b Sushant lok-1.This property is sold as per floor basis.The builder constructed three floors GF,FF SF. Now the owner of Second floor has built the 3rd floor.Which is illegal and also danger to the building. We have made acomplaint with huda sector 14 around two months back and visited twice for the update about our complaint but later one day i found one notice from huda to the second floor.After that notice the owner started more fast work to complete the 3rd floor and now he has completed the construction without taking permission of the floor owners of ground and first floor.Now its danger to the building one day it will be gounded as on gound floor they are getting cracks on the walls, which is again become a life danger also.Since its an illegal construction huda town planner gurgaon should demolish it without delaying the things.But i think they are taking their own sweet time. Once any incident will happen huda and the owner of the second floor will be held responsible.So please help us in this case.Who can do it in huda........Please take some early action to avoid any kind of life lose.

                    In my sector, every other car owner washes there car with full flow of water due to which water gets logged in the road. As we now about the ongoing water scarcity problem, and these people after applying motor in their houses they misuse the water which they are dwelling in forcefully and letting others to face the water problem.
                    As i have seen the roads are getting broken due to their excessive washing of car.

                      I am resident of sector-4 in gurgaon, My house in besides the HUDA park, now the complaint is the same park is always filled with water makeing it a running lake on the one side of the park making it prone to all kind of water desease like Dangu, Malariya etc. Now the same has been complained sevral time to the HUDA, rather than cleaning it they say bad words to ladies and disrepect them. All childerns are confind only to the home and not able to play outside.

                        I resident of H.No. 9, Sector-31 want to draw your attention to the construction of adjoining plot No. 10, Sector -31. The owner of his plot has dug foundation of my home for making basement approx. Six months back and was stopped after intervention of SDO, HUDA. Today we have found that he has again dug foundation and has not stopped inspite of repeated requests to stop the work immediately. This is against HUDA By-laws.                           Hello Sir - After complaining number of times in person , this is yet another affort that i am trying to lodge a complaint against HUDA Gurgaon. Just a small brief of the story , there is an open space in sector 22 B , near community center, which is kept open and is full of garbage from the last 4 -5 years and no one from HUDA has ever tried to even take a look at the ambience and enviornment around that so called market HOLE of sector 22B.People from nearby village - Molahera feel free to dump all the garbage of thier village into the sector market place and pigs and stray cows are there after it .It has such a fowl smell that it is hard to life their.Just to sum up i request for some action to be taken for this poor sector residents .Some sort of small wall can be constructed so that the rickshaw's cannot come from village to dump garbage there.Rest all can the person judge after taking a look of the place.
                          Hope howsoever is reading this message is the right person for me to communicate this.
                          I still trust my countries law and this this Consumer Complaint Website.Please keep my trust and forward this request for some action.

                            Hello

                            My institute is located at M-16, Old DLF Colony, Sector 14, Gurgaon. Deep digging was done on road just outside my institute for repairing the sewage line. Neither the work was completed nor the road is mended back. There are deep holes and mud all over and no work is going on.
                            This is creating a mess in daily commutation.
                            Kindly look into the matter and get the work completed so that the road can be in proper condition again.

                              Dear Forum
                              please take up the matter with HUDA authorities gurgaon, as we have tried all possible way to inform the authorities about the illegal constructionin the locality of sec 9 Gurgaon.
                              you can see in the image illegal constrcutionis on full swing on HUDA land with no rules to followed for high rise, structure is unstable to the standard of NCR, since this is high sismic zone and this great danger to HUDA resident near by.

                              this structure is made by someHUDA emplyee itself. that is the main reason all complaints are put to dusbin at lower level itself.

                              all the water supply is taken fromHUDA pipe line causing scarcity of water in the area,

                              Also when HUDA tried to make boundry wall its been stopped you can see the image of stopped work

                              There is illigal construction going on at A/16/4, vikhroli parksite, road no 4, mumbai 79.
                              Illegal construction in sushant lok III, Plot E 51, the current reident are in a mess because of sctterred building material. Apparently some relative of the HUDA estate officer...is anyone listening
                              Respected Sir,

                              Sub: No development on SPR Road, Gurgaon since last two and half years.


                              I wish to bring to your kind notice that large number of persons have invested along this SPR road and nearby areas when Haryana CM and NHAI announced that this road would soon be connected at one end to Sohna road and other end to NH-8. The same road was named as Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) on New Gurgaon, but more than 2.5 years time has passed and still 13 parties' litigation patch of 435 meter is not able to solve by the State and Central Govt. and neither by NHAI authorities.

                              May I know if something is being done by any official to sort out the work on SPR area. Unitech and DLF were given the contracts but they are not able to complete due to stay in court by 13 parties against this 435 meter patch. I put below the site where all persons are highly concerned about SPR status and harping in dark. Thousands of investors have invested their huge hard earned money to get nothing due to so long pending matter on SPR for just 13 persons own interest inspite of compensation being offered by HUDA. Please intervene in the matter and solve the problem of several thousand investors.

                              Please throw some light on the above road.

                                I have a PPF A/c with GHUGHUDANGA POST OFFICE, KOLKATA, a/c no. being 6025008. The a/c is being maitained there under COSSIPORE HEAD OFFICE. I have submitted the pass book in the Ghughudanga post office on 18/07/09 to be sent to Cossipore H.O. for posting of interest for the year[protected]. I am totally shocked to find out that till date the job is not done. Both the post offices are computerised and are supposed to be connected through NET, and even there physical distance is not more than 2 kilometers, still isn't it ridiculous to spend more than 2 months to get a job done which normally should take hardly a day !!!

                                  HUDA Gymkhana club is recently started in Rewari (Haryana), we visited the place 3-4 times. The incharge behaviour is very rude & pathetic.

                                  Even the jogging ground has become a typical drinking place (However i believe this is a goverment place)

                                  Moreover what happenes is if you 4-5 people are sitting on a big table & suddenly a group for 8-10 comes. The owner says you have to shift on other table. And you have to shift with all your food stuff by your own, no assistance will be provided. And if you are not shifting then it has been asked that no more service will be provided, pay your bill & get lost.
                                  No Action as on date.

                                    dear sir/madam

                                    i own a plot in HUDA sector 4, Rewari, i have built a house in this plot in 2005, ground floor onl. since then i am leaving in this house. now i want to build a two more floors ie 1st and 2nd floor on this house. i got the drawing made from HUDA approved architects and went to submit it for approval from HUDA. just now the have introduced a new rule that even small residential houses shall submit a structural drawing, this structural drawing is to be made b approved engineers and the are charging a hefty amount of about 20, 000 rupees for this small plot.
                                    needed a help from higher authorities to look into the matter and solve our problem, as my house is already built with ground floor, now what is the use of structural drawing.
