Main Suraj kumar, ek loyal customer hoon. Maine 2022 mein Havells ka AC kharida tha, jiska warranty period aapke official app pe 2027 tak valid dikh raha tha. Is wajah se maine app ke through AC issue ke liye complaint register ki.
Aaj technician mere ghar aaya. Usne AC check kiya aur bataya ki problem AC mein nahi, balki stabilizer mein hai. Usne AC ko direct main line se chalu kiya aur AC kaam karne laga.
Issue ye hai:
Technician ne mujhe pehle se kisi bhi service charge ka mention nahi kiya.
Kaam karne ke baad mujhe ₹650 service charge maanga gaya.
Jab maine ispe sawaal uthaya, to technician ne badtameezi se baat ki aur dhamki di ki:
"Ab se agar koi problem aayi toh tumhari koi request accept nahi ki jayegi, chahe warranty ho ya na ho."
Mujhe is baat se bahut dukh aur mental stress hua. Technician ka yeh behavior highly unprofessional tha, aur main Havells jaise brand se aise treatment ki ummeed nahi rakhta tha.
Main aapse request karta hoon:
1. Is technician ke against strict action liya jaye.
2. Mujhe ye clarify kiya jaye ki jab warranty valid thi, to service charge kyun maanga gaya bina bataye.
3. Mujhe assurance diya jaye ki future mein meri warranty valid rahegi aur meri complaints entertain ki jayengi.
Aap se umeed hai ki aap is issue ko seriously lenge aur mujhe jaldi jawab denge.
