I purchased the abovementioned juicer 27th march. From the first day of operation it was giving lound noises and i submit the complaint within 10 days. One technician came to my house and informed me the extractor blade and coupling has to be replaced. Now more than one month no repair has been done. But the technician had taken the KKG code from my mobile number which i got from havels and the next day havels send me notification that the repair has been done and case closed. I complained again to havels about this incident and till now no repair has been done. I regret for bought this havels stilus juicer from amazon with warranty.
