Dear Sir, I purchased a Lloyd 43" Android TV on 12.1.22. But the same was properly worked so we make complaints from June 22. Your technician came and repair it one and another occasion. Once they chand the product but the problem still remains /unresolved.
One 27.2.23, I made a complaint through WhatsApp but till time none is bother to connect me. This is happening while I am taking daily follow up by talking to your customer care and your senior manager assured me to get the TV fixed soon.
Now I am facing mental troma by getting worst product which creates lots of problems for me. My Family is unable to watch their favourite program from 27.2.23 onwards.
