[Resolved]  Havells India — About a steam iron

Address:Village -Bagi ,P.O -B.Puram, New Tehri, Tehri Garhwal

I bought a steam iron of Hacemos company.after 5-6 months it stopped to work.I called the customer card .I received a call from the technician.Gave him the iron, when went to his shop it was mended in the worst way, I denied to accept it.He put a tag on it for replace .I gave it to the shopkeeper where I bought it from .It was 30 kilometres away from my own place .I am tired of calling the responsible people but all in vain .It's almost more than 35 days since the process started, still I am waiting for my iron .
It seems as I am refilled by the v concerned people .
Please take affirmative step to handle the situation.
