[Resolved] Havells India — after sales services | |||
Dear sir/madam, Greetings of the day!!! I am writing this mail to you with deep grievances that i have purchased some items on 19/01/2017 through your vendor techmech electricals bhagirath place. One of the item 63 amp 4 pole mccb having a defect that it’s switch is not moving upward and downward position. It is in warranty of one year. Many a time i have made a complaint with the company, all the time complaints have been transferred to someone who is even not taking this matter seriously. I am attaching you all the complaints which i have made earlier. The goodwill of the company is at stake now. We are very much disappointed with such kind of non responsiveness from company side. At least company should perform after sales services as early as possible so that someone’s work could not be hampered.
