Sub: Request to replace defective
product purchased recently.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to inform you that I, Gargi Mukherjee have purchased a lloyd window Air Conditioning machine from Zenith Lifestyle Zone on 01.05.2023, a copy of the invoice is attached herewith for your ready reference.
Unfortunately, only after two months of purchase, the machine started ill functioning and an odd, foul smell started coming out from inside the machine.
Accordingly, a service request had been initiated by my husband Monosij Ganguly online, through WhatsApp, ticket no. of which is [protected] dated 14/07/2023.
Sushanta De, service engineer came on 15.07.2023 and cleaned the product. But problem remained the same. While he opened the machine my husband noticed about some painting inside the machine which, according to the service engineer is unusual in case of any new product.
However, after his departure, the machine completely stop functioning on the same day. So again a complaint had been lodged vide ticket no.[protected]dated. 16/07/2023.
On 17.07.2023 the same service engineer came and inspected the machine.
He reported that PCB circuit is defective and needs to be replaced.
Under this situation it is my request to completely replace the Air Conditioning machine as this is very unusual and unfortunate that after purchasing a product from such a reputed brand like llyod as well as Havells, an important part of the product turned defective within two odd months.
In spite of repeated reminders it seems that nobody cares for the resolve this issue.
