Havells India — air cooler automatically turning off and on within 6 hours uses (within 36 hours) | |||
On 18.05.2020 i had purchased havells celia-i 55 ltr desert air cooler from reliance digital store, bansdroni, kolkata. Serial number: 88jcg0800496 Next day on 19.05.2020 it was delivered to me. Due to cyclone amphan i wasn't able to use this cooler for 3 days and from 24.05.2020 i am using this cooler this cooler was working fine on 24.05.2020 and didn't cause any problem. I used this 4-5 hours on that day. But from 25.05.2020 this cooler suddenly causing me immense problem. After 2-3 minutes this cooler automatically turning off and then after few minutes it's automatically turning on. I had booked one complain on 25.05.2020 vide job id:[protected]. After following up for 3 days havell's engineer mr. Dipankar mondal came to my home on 29.05.2020 and stayed for 10 minutes only. That time the machine was working fine for that short period of time as it was unused for 4 days since 25.05.2020. But within an hour of his departure again it started causing the same problem. Immediately i informed him and requested for revisit, but he told me he can not come now, instead he will visit my home next day i. E., 30.05.2020. But next day he neither visited my home nor he received my phone calls. Then on 30.05.2020 i had sent one mail to havell's customer care team stating all the problem i faced. On 01.06.2020 i received one call from their engineer asking me about the problem i am facing. Then at 02:08 pm again he again called me after reaching closer to my home. But that time there was no electricity in our area due to the repairing work west bengal state electricity was doing in our area. So i informed this to him, and he also told me that without electricity he can not check the air cooler so he asked me to call next day. But next day i. E., today when i called him to inquire when he is coming, surprisingly he told me that my job has been closed, so he can not visit. I want to know who and how this job been closed, when the engineer did not even touched this air cooler. I think i have received a manufacturing defective materials. Therefore i want you to replace this air cooler with a new one. Else please initiate refund, if this is not possible for you then i have to take legal action against you.
