I purchased a ceiling fan which stopped working within 2 months. After follow up for 2 days, a technician visited our place and told us motor will be replaced. Thereafter no one turned up. I repeatedly call customer care, however every time i got the answered that it's out of stock, we will let u know once this is back in stock. I escalated on 7th day and called up area manager. Thankfully he assured me that technician will come and de-install the ceiling fan and give it to me with a replace tag. And requested me that if i could get it replaced by dealer then area manager will send the technician to re-install the same. Also he confirmed that stock is available with dealer.
However, to my surprise, dealer didn't had the stock either and suggested to change with some other model.
I discussed with area manager and he also suggested the same. I picked up another model. Till this time, area manager was very supportive. He mentioned that he will sending the technician in a next 2 hours. However post that he stopped picking up the calls. From last 3 days, i am trying to reach out to them however, he didn't pick the call and no one turned to install the same.
When i called up the customer care again, they closed my request already and said, we don't install fans.
I have all the recoding and discussion we had with customer care and area manger, where false commitment was made to me. However no one turned up even after 4 days.
Such a bad service & horrible experience. Seniors as well made false commitment and make fool of customers. Was this information helpful? |
