Dear team,
We purchased the Celia 70 on end of March'19 to beat summer heat. Due to poor quality, it's not functioning since mid of May'19. We registered compliant and technician visited after 4 days, they are unable to resolve the issue. Since then there is no update. Keeping the device idle for 15 days, what is the use of purchasing a cooler it it is not seeing the purpose. I need a replacement and immediate solution. Pathetic customer care and service.
