Respected Sir/Madam,
I was purchased a Llyod window ac 1 ton through amazon for 8 inches x 10 inches Room first floor on 11/04/2022. The window ac is not proper cooling. I was two complaint registered on Llyod customer care. Mr. Asif (Engineer) was came on first complaint. He told me, stop ceiling fan then used window ac. The ceiling fan stopped and switch on window ac continuous on16 degree temperature 8-10 hours. But window ac is not provide colling.
2) Then I was registered second complaint on Llyod Customer on 16 may 2022. Then Mr. Asif (engineer) call me on mobile for second complaint. He said me your ac is good and i am cancel the complaint. I am requesting to Mr. Asif (Engineer) please check ac proper, If you are not resolved my problem then forward to any senior engineer. But Mr. Asif misbehave with me and threat me. i will not fix your problem. Do whatever you want.
I am request to you please take legal action on Mr. Asif (Engineer) and please replace my unit.
