[Resolved] Havells India — complaint not resolved | |||
Dear Sir, I had purchased Havells air cooler freddo -i on 01/05/2018.I had registered a complain on 26/06/2018 and my complain no is HF260398 till date my cooler complain not resolved.I had to call normally everyday to check status why nobody is coming and customer center employee ask to wait me next 24 hours and said they assign to complain to senior technician or sent remainder or sent urgent basis remainder but nobody come and resolve my problem. My complain was my cooler is not working Note - I am using havells seling Fan, adjust fan, room tube light, and electronics items. Was this information helpful? | |||
