[Resolved] Havells India — complaint regarding dead product deliver by havells product pocket shaver ps7001 | |||
Dear team, I bought a pocket shaver from havells, order no nyk[protected] on 28/12/2018 and this product delivered me in dead condition its not even gets start single time since i bought it and i have lodge a complaint about it to havells but they are not giving me any solution even their local technician mr rajnish is not responding on calls.. Their engineer has visited and checked that product and according to him its a dead product and it will get replaced so i am regularly calling to him and their customer care but they are not replacing the same. My product 16 amp. Oro model 3 pin socket is in warranty period, but they are not replacing my product, I had many times to contact customer care but they doesnt respond properly
