I have registered complaint for water leakage of Havells RO pro at Lucknow 5 days ago. The product is under AMC. The message received that it will be serviced withing 24 Hrs. After expiry of 48 hrs no. call from service person was received. Then I filed another complaint but nothing done by havells. Yesterday the RO is completely stopped, then I have filed another complaint. But till date nothing done by the company. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
