I would like to draw your kind attention to an issue I am facing after purchasing your product CRABTREE MCB Distribution Board attached details of MCB from your dealer in Karunagappally "Luminous Electricals".
Since Feb 12th 2021 I made my complaint about MCB in which 2 of the switch was damaged or not working, subsequently, 1 switch was changed after a couple of months and the technician who came to replace told us he has only as of now and second he will replace by a week or 10-day max upon his next visit to Karunagappally, thereafter till this day no response and no one answer the call and now the situation is the 3rd one is also damaged.
I am not in India and its a really hard time for my family back home to contact Havells and sort out the issue. Meanwhile, we got the contact# of a manager named Ajay Kumar. When we discussed it with him he kept blaming us as we didn't complain which is totally unacceptable. when i was in India i called many times Mr. Shajahan also was in a managerial position and he also assured it will be solved. The excuse was that because of Covid 19 there are no shipments coming so once he receives switches he will replace it.
No, we keep on chasing Havells people, at last, I got the contact # of another manager named Aslam and when I talked to him his version was that the Guarantee period is finished, My question is is that my mistake ???
It's from the Havells team who fooled us all this long time making an excuse of Covid 19.
Is this the way Havells treats their customers? Or it was my wrong decision to choose Havells, it's some unprofessional people in our institution who don't know the definition of customer service.
Hope if there are some professional people in Havells I will at least get a response.
