[Resolved] Havells India — defective exhaust fan | |||
Hi, We have bought 4 havells fans on 8th apr 2018 (3 ceilings fans and one exhaust fan). At the time of buying we have identified that there was one slight shatter on one of the blades of the exhaust fan. But retailer told that it was due to molding done on machine and it would not impact on the functionality of the fans. Since we have great trust on havells brand, we have bought the fans. Within six month we have identified that all the fans are working fine except exhaust fan, the exhaust fan we bought was defective piece. Within six months only we have found three defects in the fan. We immediately tried to contact customer service centre, but the original bills were not found by us. Last week i. E. On 10th mar 2019 we found the original bill and immediately contact the customer service centre. During follow up with various executives we have experienced very poor customer service. Day one itself one of the technician has visited but he was not sure what to do. He has given assurance that he would speak with senior technicians and provide the solutions. But he never come again with the solutions. Thereafter we called various other executives and i ask to provide complete replacement of the defective fans. On friday one of the technician has visited but he bring only one part whereas 3 parts are defective. Also he was demanding the cash for the replacing the part, i have informed him that we required full replacement of the fans as it was mis-sold to us. Every time i call to your executives, they are providing just assurance but no technician is providing the solution for the problem. Currently 3 parts are defective but your technician is not know how to fix the issue. Defaults parts of the fans 1. One of the blade is completely broken (The same was slightly shattered at the time of we bought the fans). 2. Front cover is not working (Your technician has already told that he will replace the same without cost). 3. Back flap has broken. This fan is within the warranty and i need complete replacement for same. Also your technicians are not providing complete solutions to the problem. They don’t have the knowledge to deal with the problem. Kindly assign this call to some senior technicians and ask him to speak with me. Since the defective piece was sold to me, it is your responsibility to take the corrective action against the retailer and immediate provide the replacement. HI, i have bought air cooler by name Havells Alitura I 30 ltr capacity from aadhiswar retail out let at bangalore dasarahalli branch for more features and product pricing am searching in web site it is not available any where. please let us know either company launched or by brand name locally developed.
