I bought 2 havells ep trendy antique copper fans from havells worth rupees 4100 each
Since the day the fans are installed one of the fans has a wobbling issue and the other one makes noise at all speeds.
I have logged a complaint with the Havells toll free no. and the technician Neeraj Patel came to visit and after checking the fan he told me that the wobble issue is due to imbalanced blades and told me he will have to order new ones.
For the other fan that makes noise he told me its not the issue with the fan but instead with my regulator.
Believing him i got my regulator replaced by him.
Now after 5 days he arrived with replacement blades which were damaged and bent.
He told me that he didn't checked the blades before hand and now again has to order a new set which will again take 7 days as the service centre has reached the maximum order limit and their billing has been suspended for 7 days.
Its been more than 10 days since and both the fans are in the same condition as described one is wobbling the other one still makes noise even after replacing the regulator.
Since then i have logged multiple complaints through the Havells sync app and my complaint status shows as resolved automatically the next day without anyone contacting me.
This has happened 5 times already.
I don't understand why does such a big company such as Havells has to dupe its customers.
I request for a full refund of my amount as i want to return these defective fans and am never going to be buying again from havells in my life nor will be recommending anyone to do so.
