I purchased an AC on 22nd March 2022 (all info is already registered with the app). On the 14th of May, 2022, I registered my complaint as my AC stopped cooling (service req no: "[protected]"). The task was assigned to Hiz electronics, Lucknow.
There were two technicians visited my residence; the first technician said "there is leakage in Union and from there all gas has leaked, I have no gas with me the other person will come and solve this problem.
The next technician came the next day and tried to fill the gas but his tools were defunct. He said he would visit later with new tools. After a long wait and repeated following up with customer care he finally came on Monday, 16th May 2022, and filled the gas. While checking he said, "there is a leakage in Union and a new technician will come to fix this. My job is over, and was only assigned to fill the gas". He went off and amusingly (service req no: "[protected]") closed without my consent.
Again I raised a new request on 17th May 2022 (service req no: "[protected]") but since then no one called me or visited me to fix the issue. I called Hiz Electronics' local customer support for an update, his response was that - Technician will visit you only when he is free.
So for the last 5 days, I am without AC in this scorching heat. I have asked your customer support to replace the AC if there is a fault in the machine, he said only the dealer can raise a replacement request, a customer can't. I visited the dealer shop he said he can not do anything, and asked me to approach Havells directly.
